Can pictures of the moon or art of the moon affect people?
I suppose it could be sublimable... but I remember reading somewhere that color has more influence on the brain. prison walls are painted pale blues and greens which is suppose to calm the mind. also a lot of turkey is served because of the ingredient in turkey that causes a sleepy calm effect.
I would say if the artwork was pleasing to the eye it could affect someone in the same way any other piece of art can affect someone. But to suggest a picture of the moon affecting someone's behavior in a manner some claim the full moon does is a little far fetched in my view.
I agree with danzig. Just looking at a picture wouldn't really do anything.
Depending what the artwork looked like.
But for a picture to have a effect on someone only if they were inspired by it or not would be the only aspect of what effect it would have on the person.
I DON'T THINK SO. BECASUE THERE NO GRAVITATIONAL PULL FROM A PHOTO.
Not buying it, nope. Though I agree with the person that said color can. Oh yea, it affects us!
I think the term this thread is looking for is "Inspiration." But beyond that, nothing more.
I doubt a photo or painting of the moon can have any affect on the person viewing it unless they have a seizure from staring at it too long.Unless somehow the artist placed something within the painting that caused them to see things.
I think an image could be inspiring and evoke emotions but little else.
