I had a dream, that my friends
grandmother died from having
a heart attack, it was so
gruesome, and I couldn't help
her. However, I have never
met my friends grandma, I
have seen pictures, but never
actually saw her in person.
Two weeks later is really did
die of a heart attack in the
same room that I saw her in.
Is this just all in my head or is
there something wrong?

Its not in your head and there is nothing wrong with you. You had a vision of your friends grandmother dying of a heart attack and then it actually happened. There are other people in many parts of the world that see visions as you do. You might be psychic.

Excatly, please don't blame yourself. As stated by Miskta you may well have the gift of forsight and it has shown itself to you now as your Grandmother was someone very close to you.

Most definitely don't be afraid of this.

Take the time to research the 'vision' types and methods used the world over (for centuries plus), it may just be a "gift" you can hone.

A friend of mine who is 89 years old has dreams such as these. Pyschic dreams.
