There are many places that experience strange lights witnessed by many. There are several plausible and natural explanations , but I would like to know your own thoughts about them.

Interesting topic Oceanne. As always its something for me to research a little more before I say anything. :)

Though Indian Chhir Bolls of light arrowed from here to there, it is mystery yet.

But such mystery occurs some where and some day.

Always light was used to blink on turn of my thought waves or it goes deeper, but yet one incidence i remember that when I did put lavatory light on and after that I opened the door, after 2 seconds it started breathing just like breathe... dim breathe in light breathe out dim breathe in light breathe out... this happened till i shouted on the light in my inner silently to go.

This is most astonishing to me coz it was in same motion breathe in and breathe out just like bulb started breathing. it was low watt bulb.

But Chhir comes under my native state it we can't say anything. may it be govt projects or may it be anything else.

as we know govts always run their dark projects in dark....

who knows
anyway if those lights are government-related, we wont be able to find out without getting shot at.

I would say most are ethier naturally based or state or govement based..

It is the natural cycle of things. More lights and perhaps fireworks? Have the dates been correlated as regards-read

I agree with firmament to a great extent. But it could be some paranormal as well.

There are alot of explainationd yes,of different types...Those who feel that some are of the prnormal nature,would you please elaborate? Thanks.

CURIOUS LIGHTS: An odd light phenomenon can be seen over a military base in Skjold in northern Norway on Dec. 9. (Photo: ZUMA Press)
Residents of Norway were treated to an incredible lightshow early Wednesday morning, prompting many to blame UFOs for the strange phenomena. The event reportedly lasted for several minutes and appeared to be something akin to a spiraling galaxy with an ethereal blue tail trailing off back towards the horizon.

Early blame — at least from those not preparing for an alien invasion — pointed toward a failed Russian missile test, but representatives for the military there were mute on the topic just long enough for conspiracy theories to surface. Some said it was a dimension to another world, while others thought a black hole might be opening above the Earth.

Thankfully, the Russian daily newspaper Vedomosti finally resolved the mystery by reporting that a new Russian submarine-based intercontinental missile had suffered failure in its third stage. The paper quoted an unnamed source from the military, which still isn't officially speaking about the incident. From the NY Times,

The Bulava intercontinental missile has been billed as Russia's newest technological breakthrough to support its nuclear deterrent, but the repeated test failures are an embarrassment for the Kremlin.

The 37-tonne, 12-metre (39-foot) intercontinental ballistic missile, known as the Bulava-30 inside the Russian military, is capable of carrying multiple warheads to the distances of up to 8,000 km (5,000 miles). Some sources say the Bulava can carry up to six warheads, others say up to 10.

With this latest failed test, analysts believe the Bulava missile is a doomed program that should be scrapped. That, or Russia could make a mint selling the technology for lightshows around the world.

Eek,sorry for the typos.Thats what I get for laying on my stomach and trying to type.Thanks all for posting..Venum,I would like to hear more about the India lights and will also be researching that.The inner lights of which you speak is interesting too.Tell us more if you would please?

Someone with a premium membership account can place it here completely for others to see this more clearly without the task of "copy & pasting". For this video there is only 2 possibilities E.T technology or Government defense aircraft, and under logistics the probabilities that by that year (space race time) these things were from the government is impossible, some of them move at such a high velocity that is beyond anything that time we had or even what government declassified on later years that we had that maneuver in earth to even remount on asserting that it did out there. And some of the crafts in the footage moves and changes direction so we don't have to go with the mainstream identification of meteorites and other cosmic bodies to explain their behavior or to "debunk" this under sheer observation.

As for Oceanne That "explained" incident was also used under another Spiral in Australia, it looks like rockets leaking oil are becoming a new stunt.
