I have been looking at this with puzzlement, someone had sent this to me so I looked it up and wonder if anyone else has any more information on this. I have this web site, but would like to find out more and wonder do the members believe this is an actual Vampiric text .

Makes for an interesting read.
As for being actual vampire text I am skeptical.. but that is my nature until I do more reasearch...
I have seen these glyphs before. I would be very interested to see the advertised vampyric glyph divination. I think i will check up on this some more myself and see what i can find.

I am skeptical too yet I figure people here with more knowledge of this may help me realize the facts and give me insight or new direction
Here are some more links that should help.
A Nice Page About It
A Very Intersting Concept About It
apparent decipherment here
some interesting information about phaistos itself
It is obviously not vampiric, it is Minoan... duh. It just so happens, like many of the languages that have either come, gone, or stayed--it has words that are used when speaking of vampires. Also, I though the Minoan civilization dies off way before 1600 b.c. Can anyone else agree with that?
I'm not quite too sure what to think on this subject. I've looked and read about the glyphs, but am skeptical as to it being vampyric symbols and writings.
Glyphs could have so many different meanings that one could not be fully sure if they have interpreted them in the correct manner unless they've actually spoken to the person of that time period, which, frankly isn't going to happen.
You can never know for sure if your interpretation is correct. So if your mind is open to the possibility that it is vampyrrhic then it might well be
You may be right to wonder if the interpretations are wrong, but with that sais, those who use runes as a form of divination, use interpretations to tell the future.
If what you say is indeed true, then does that mean that we should talk to the vikings (norse runes) to find out if we are right. It is the same with the Tarot cards etc etc.
I am not one of a scolarly pursuit ((infact, i'm majoring in buisness in my schooling))
And my companion who would be able to give a good judgement on this isn't here at the moment. So I can offer you no aid.
I think it would be fascinating if it were though. Just imagine what it could prove to those skepticals.. Or those that did beleive.
The theory of them being an ancient calendar is quite interesting to me especially as this proposed calendar has an extra 4 months, this would change things quite a bit don't you think? (see the links menerfecious so graciously supplied.
No! i peronally do not believe these are are Vampiric text, not at all...
menerfecious > have visited your links and found them interesting.
But, think it's one of those things I want to believe but dont....thanks for finding the links though.
You are very welcome carvall. I myself am somewhat sceptical, it is possible that they couls be a form of vampyric language or maybe even the actual vampyric language, but as there is no real evidence to suggest either way, it is open to scepticism and i for one will remain neutral.
Thank you for the post, i do believe that it is a refrence to a culture wether vampire or not.
very interesting and possible whast to say we are not useing the text now?? you never know
Translations get lost in history always with falls of civilizations.
wow I've never heard of it, but it looks pretty old-style. I'd definitely believe it.
Interesting artical. I would definitely say that the glyphs are symbols of some type of religion. They may be from a cult which practiced blood letting, but I doubt they were actual Vampires. It also could be an ancient Wiccan society.
