Well, fellow Europeans... after our annual night of political voting and nonsensical presenters in garish suits, we have come out of the back side of another glorious Eurovision Song Contest.

I cannot say that I am a fan of Lordi, but my housemates and I found it rather amusing to see a rock band (who in their respect can play very well live) in such interesting attire (a refreshing change from the usual near nakedness of EUrovision) FINALLY win.

P.S. United Kingdom got 25 points... and as usual, we deserved less for our quintisentially English pop bollocks.

yay! I was so pleased when i found out, it's one over on Chavs for a start! It's nice that people are beggining to apretiate rock and metal, their song 'the devil is a loser' is fab. I dont think they did that one at euro though

finally we (the metal world) have demolished the likes of the happy dancing eurovision. i see great things to come of this. i was extatic when i found out! lol

I feel like it´s a shame for all that great rock music to perform at this contest, BUT, at the same time, I´m glad that they smached little miss perfect(carola-sweden) on her fingers, but anyone could have done that with my blessing..
