I'm starting to hear more people say that they are having trouble sleeping in the last month. Granted, its because I too am averaging 5 hours of sleep a night for the last month, and hence it comes up in conversation, but its just odd. Its like finding out you're part of some secret pandemic.

I usually take an Ambien when I can't sleep.
