My dog stubbornly continues to lick the floor. I can hear him smacking his lips when he picks his head up. I reprimand him but he barely notices the sound of my voice as he is deeply interested in whatever he has found on the floor. This wouldn't bother me so much if it wasn't the bathroom. He already went treasure hunting in the litter box and stuck his nose in the cat's butt. I'm seriously considering muzzling the dog.

You should consider new food for the dog. Something is missing in his diet.

Try adding canned food to his dry food if that’s what you are giving him. If he’s got a sensitive stomach, don’t givr him any canned food with chicken or turkey in it. Not even lamb. Give him something with beef or salmon as the only meat. Trust me...my dog is sensitive and after a few geysers of diarrhea, I learned. R.I.P. his butt.
