My ex husband is filing yet another petition to gain custody of the girls in New Mexico. He is supposed to be doing all of this in the state of Texas which is the girls "home state". But.....he is trying to go about things in the wrong way. This is doing nothing more than drag things out and make it worse on the girls in the long run!!! Why can he not think of the girls for once and just file things here where he should have in the first place??!!?? This could have been done and over with months ago if he had done things properly as I did in the beginning!!!! Besides......I have already been granted sole custody by the state of Texas....how can he get custody of them in another state when Texas is not and will not give up jurisdiction on this case?? Beginning to get really really frustrated here!!!!! I know all he wants me to do is say F*** it and give up but that is NOT gonna happen!!!!! I love my girls and they should be here with their mother where they have always been for their entire lives!!!!! They are 5 and 7 and I have always been the one to take care of them even when he and i were married!!!!

I wish this would all just come to an end!!!!!

Still having trouble getting my girls back from their father. He kidnapped them back in july. I have 2 attorneys and yet i still have not been able to get them back!!! I miss them terribly!!!!!! Our family is just not the same when we are not all together!! I want my babies back!!!!!!! I have even been denied any contact with them and i do not know if they are alive and well anymore. thats one of the worst things about all of this. not to mention that he is in new mexico with them!!!!!!!

I want my babies back home again!!!!!!!!!
