How to recognise an online bully.
I think it is fair to say that most of us here have encountered this type..
Bullying is persistent unwelcome behaviour, mostly using unwarranted or invalid criticism, nit-picking, fault-finding etc..
The purpose of bullying is to hide inadequacy. Bullying has nothing to do with leadership.. good leaders lead,, bad leaders bully. Anyone who chooses to bully is admitting their inadequacy, and the extent to which a person bullies is also a measure of their inadequacy and do this
a) to avoid facing up to their inadequacy and doing something about it...
b) to avoid accepting responsibility for their behaviour and the effect it has on others.
c) to reduce their fear of being seen for what they are, namely a weak, inadequate and often incompetent individuals...
d) to divert attention away from their inadequacy ...
Bullies are seething with resentment, bitterness, hatred and anger, and often have wide ranging prejudices as a vehicle for dumping their anger onto others.
Bullies are driven by jealousy and envy. Rejection (which cannot be assuaged) is another powerful motivator of bullying.
Bullies are people who have not learned the lesson of consequences...
Serial bullying is where the source of almost all dysfunction can be traced to one individual, who picks on one member after another attempting to destroy or manipulate them for the bully's own benefit,often demanding that the bullied pays homage to the in one form or another . Sadly ,we often do not recognise this person as a socialised psychopath, or sociopath that they truly are.
So if you know someone who dispalays this type of behaviour often or consistantly,then you are most likely dealing with a serial bully.

I figured I would set things straight for you MasterRohan here because I know you will delete anything I post in your journal...
I will address these as follows..

I did and do know her.I also know that she told me several stories about what was going on and why.As it turned out,they simply were not true.
She did not have Cancer or die of Cancer.She did not have a deadly skin infection that killed her and she did not "die" to get away from MD.She is back with him.To be perfectly honest,I watched time and time again her lies and the manipulation of people,and I finally realized what was going on.

I could see her killing off an account to get away from someone yes,but when she let others actually morun her passing,that went too far.Not only that MR,she claims to wanted to get away from him,yet she comes back...and they are back together.

LOL Correct.... an extensive medical background, especially in equine medicine in fact.For 50+ years of it, and am still doing it on a daily basis as we speak.This is very easy to check out if anyone would like to.
-" Claims to have financial standing enough to create 100 profiles for the purpose of down rating and blocking."
I absolutely do indeed.And I made that point because I dont want to be bullied by her or MD.Who are both notorious for doing just that as I have seen it for myself..So,I let her know.So yes,I created those accounts for the sole purpose of rating and blocking both of them if need be.I will reactivate them in a heartbeat too if I have to.

Hahah this is very funny.I had to go as far as opening ten accounts to keep MDLIVE away from me here and told her I would certainly do the same to her and more if need be if she attempts to bully me at any time.And I have the money to do it,abosolutely.So yep,I told her exactly that.

I believe what I have witnessed for myself.

Really? I would love to hear just one rumor that I have "spread.

This is funny too.Please tell me these profiles I hide behind.Cant be the Neptunes,they ALL are pretty clear about who they are,as is Calypso.

I would go as far to say that she was an aquaintence and somewhat of an online friend,yes.But then I saw what she was really like and how she treated people and bullies them.I cannot be a friend to someone who does that to people.

I am soooo happy right now.My brother is giving me one of my mother's sidearms.I will cherish it as long as I live.Not because of what it is,but because of who it belonged to.
But for the record,its a Detonics .45
Anyone here ever carry one?Im a Sig girl myself and would love to hear anything you might have to say about them.Pros and cons.
I can only hope that I will be as good with it as she was.
