Weekly E-bay update

05:27 Aug 31 2008
Times Read: 575

I decided to move all e-bay selling stuff posts into "Spells" just to group them. 'tis more orderly.

Okay, so new listings for this week:

a box of LEGOs a kit called "Ambush at the Oasis", 76 pieces (includes a lego skeleton!)

Nellie McKay's debut double album "Get Away From Me" brand new, still shrink wrapped!

comic books: Marvel Ultimates 2, three issues including #1!

comic books: Marvel New Avengers 7 issues

comic books: Marvel Ultimate Secret 4 issue mini series

As per usual, go here :

If you're interested. All auctions have a $0.99 starting bid price. This stuff even with shipping will cost you BELOW RETAIL if you're lucky!

I'm so glad that three of my auctions sold from last week. I sold the socks, the Cameron Hodge action figure and the lot of 18 Nightwing comic books. It's weird how it turns out with these auctions sometimes. I had been listing Nightwing in smaller lots for over a month with no bites, but the minute I put them all together they not only get snapped up right away, but a small bidding war erupted and I got over $7.00 from what started out as a $0.99 auction. I'm not really looking to make money with these sales, just clear up some space and get rid of clutter and break even. I don't believe in price gouging my buyers with outrageous shipping charges, so really those charges barely cover all the expense of the e-bay fees, shipping and tracking, and packing materials and stuff. Heck, sometimes I accidently undercut myself there and UNDER charge for shipping. So, it's nice when I can get like $7 or so every now and then to offset any losses I might incur, whether it be from my own stupidity of charging someone $2.50 on shipping that actually costs $4.00 (because I didn't have time to go to the post office to have it weighed) or having to relist something repeatedly (hey that $0.15 listing fee can add up if you don't sell in one go). Makes feel like I'm at least not losing money doing it.

And yeah, buy my stuff.

Buy my filthy wares!

It has ocurred to me, that I sell my possessions on E-bay, and I could probably stand to drum-up some business, or possibly stalkers who wish to smell things I have once owned.

Either way, go here:

Yes, I am bleufinnigan on e-bay. That's me. You all know the BIG secret now.

Pretty much I sell my duplicate comics and some other random items I find lying around that are perfectly good yet I have no use for.

Currently for sale: lot of 18 Nightwing comics, 2 issues of Punisher War Journal, The Ultimate Secret mini series, 7 New Avengers, 1 Cameron Hodge X-men action figure, and a pair of new socks.

All of my auctions start at 0.99 USD or lower and shipping is usually pretty reasonable. I only ship to USA or Canada locales, unfortunatlely, but it is easier to estimate shipping prices beforehand this way.

Every weekend I put up new auctions, which I may advertise here just coz. Please, buy my crap; I need to get rid of it. Also, I could do with more positive feedback. This one jackass gave me a negative and messed me all up. One day I shall tell the tale of the jerk I simply could not please, but not today.

But seriously, buy my stuff.
