Time flies. I'm back to work tomorrow, be nice to be around people again. ( wonder how long it will take me to regret writing that ).

I'm on two puffer things ( can't spell inhaler ) for a while till I have a test that starts with S ( can't spell that one either ).

So, I'm not only on the fruit and veg, I'm trying to cut down on cigs, doing quite well.

Got a new (2nd hand) soffa and chair, lovely people delivered it, were kind enough to get my old stuff downstairs so Phil and Ray could take em to a dump.

Can't stay online too long at any one time, too used to having a cig at my side :)

I had the S test and ended up on the I thing, nowadays though... Well it got discharged from the chest clinic! Yay..it was all smoking related to begin with. It took me 4 years to recover and get my discharge and become Inhaler free!

The after dinner you ask ? Well it was a nap for me. Hey, lighten up, I'm poorly here :)

Anyway the next "excitiment" is my friends Jan and Mary coming over this afternoon. I got cream cakes, and I'm only gonna be sniffing one not eating it, less callories that way I'm told.

I'm on a fruit and veg bender just now, only got one more week till I go back to work and face the garbage that's been going on.

Poor Pat sounds totally done in and I'm told Mad-dog and the Borg Princess have been quite nasty to her.

Thing is, even when I was talking to her on the phone the other night I could only keep saying she has to stick up for herself and not be a doormat.

Must have been bad, our immediate boss S advised her to go off sick with stress ! S and Mad-dog have clashed big time, not sure who the "winner" is yet, time will tell.
