I got great news today! LBM is planning on being here by halloween night!! TRIPLE YAY!! I am so excited! Can't wait to meet her! She is one of my best friends and my sister!! I am hoping my other dear friend can join us, make it a party haha but that is kind of iffy right now.

On a day like today, all gray and mopey, rainy and just blah, it makes me wish for the sun and bright blue skies. Have to stop and remind myself that 'round here, where I come from, rain is a good thing.

The past couple of days have been very enlightening. I have made a wonderful friend and truly hope to keep this friend into the distant future. I also met someone who may in turn become much more important to me. Only time will tell on these latest discoveries on this path of life. I truly look forward to walking the path right now.
I was getting ready to log off for the morning, when low and behold I get one last message. It turned into an extremely fascinating discussion about the lifestyle. Pro's and con's. Rights and wrongs. I went back to the gentleman's page to double check that I hadn't missed his choices (as I am looking for beloved CM new members) and was extremely shocked to find that his age was of one so young. It was extremely gratifying to find that age and wisdom do not go hand in hand. Sometimes one breaks out of the box and ages in mind before body.
Well, I must go to bed now to get ready for my work weekend. (anyone that knows me knows I keep odd work hours) I will see/talk to everyone monday after I awaken.
Wise as always, Oceanne. Additionally, one can be quite knowledgable in the language of D/s and bdsm, yet not mature in its key emotional aspects or in the responsibilities attendant to every aspect of this extremely trust-founded lifestyle. And age plays a key factor (no... not the only one) in one's level of maturity and responsibility. Please take care to give trust to no one too quickly.
Trust me, I know this all better than most. I thank you all for your wise advice. I was just reveling in having an actual mature conversation about such things rather than the children who usually message me due to my openness about such matters.
Take heart. Things are going well now that we are here and more and more of us are becoming aware and hearing the call. I hear Lake Havasu is nice this time of the year... We shall be watching as we always have been with the greatest hope and love for all of you.... J.C.
