oh it just means they added your profile my guy and rated it a 10 and added you to the friends list and added your journal to there favorites.

Yep so typically it means they added you, as it helps boost your status percentage for your level.
It can also mean, to some, they are stalking you, as well. I've gotten that as well.

it's not much of a boost from one person how ever but if you get a collective of people adding you like that constantly and doing it with out just saying to say it by action it's a slim scale.
