Finally having the set down with sister, and lawyers next Wednesday. My lawyer canceled last apt day due to funeral.

Nervous, but happy to move forward with settling estate. Also used sister money to pay off her house. So I own a house, 150 miles away, in a town I would never live in. A house I haven't step foot in for over 9 years. Thank goodness it's rented. It's property taxes are over $2,500.00 and due by November 1st.

Went out yesterday and cleaned gravestone of family. Grandparents, Aunt that had no kids, Aunt that was stillborn. Visit our own family. Beautiful day, sad tho.

Enough putting off starting my day- going to do housework so we can go to pumpkin farm. Pet a few animals, suffer walking corn maze, and pumpkins for jackolanterns. Our yearly carving. Ray is having fun with Halloween. Always been our favorite time of the year. And as I already got Christmas gifts in, might be a easy holiday too. Be sad cooking for 2 for Thanksgiving when it started out as 9 folks. Points out how much loss, lack of family.
