Went outside first thing this morning to be greeted by sunshine, and not being able to see my breath.
It is officially fake Spring!
Felt like this weekend was never going to get here.
Tough week at work with the ongoing updates, and two events to photograph this week, including a huge fundraiser for a local Breast Cancer foundation.
At this age, doing that much, plus the home remodeling, and trying to get to the gym on the regular, I sing to the tune of Everybody Hurts, "Everything hurts... sometimes, everything just hurts"
Order of the day is.... chaos.
Which is what usually happens when a large upgrade or technology migration is planned.
But hey, I got new earbuds and get to listen to audio books while dealing with the chaos...
Having today off from work, and the weather not being complete crap was a needed reset.
Was nice to get outside and get some stuff done, and accomplish a few things for myself.
Mainly, fixed the lock on the tailgate of the truck so now I can open it and use my truck like a truck. Haven't been able to open it since the snow started flying.
Has me looking toward spring though with less patience. A few crocus starting to pop up in an area next to the house where the snow has receded but still next to about a foot of snow. I think nature is losing patience with itself.
