Look into these wondering eyes
Tell me what u see
For in these wondering eyes hold
All my past events leading up to this present day
My mistakes, my regrets, my sorrows
M successes , my achivements and my joys
All this and more is for u to see
In these wondering eyes hold all of my goals
The things i most want to achive in life
My wants, my needs, my desires
But these are just mear dreams to me
but when i close my eyes, these dreams come to life
In an explosion of colour and music
For in my dreams i am at my most content
That is what you may see

As I walk through the darkness of the night
The clouds clear to reveal the beauty I see
The stars shine as if a million candles were lit
The moons rays shine down upon me
The darkness that surrounded me, now grows clearer
I walk on gazing into the moon as if it is watching me too
My path now clear, I walk on knowing my way
Ever looking to the moon and stars for guidance
As I see the clouds returning, the moon grows dimmer
One by one the candles go out as the clouds consume them
The stars now gone, the moon now hidden
I walk again in darkness, not knowing where I am heading
looking into the night sky, hoping that the clouds will clear
So that the beauty of night may return to me once more
And my guidance returns to me so that I may find my way

Look into the mirror, what do you see
You see your reflection, but is it really you
Do you really know yourself, deep down inside
Do you know all your flaws
All the things that make you what you are
We all have things about us that we like
But there are still things that we hate
We all have our tempers, things that set us off
The most frightening part about being you,
Is not knowing what you are even capable of
When it comes to letting your anger out
Would you really stop hitting the person
Or would all the years of torment and pain,
Rise up in that one moment of anger, and let out your darkest side
The side that even you did not know u had
Do you really see yourself, when you look in the mirror

Have u ever looked into a flame,
And marvelled at its beauty,
Its near perfect form, without flaw,
How the brightness can light a room,
The flame may burn and yet still be beautiful,
Looking into the flame, u lose yourself,
And begin to let your mind wonder,
Seeing into your past and present life,
Trying to make sense of it all,
You find yourself at peace at last,
A place that no one can disturb,
Where only you and the flame exist,
Looking at the flame, it seems to look back at you,
Still lost in the gaze you notice the flame dying,
Growing ever move faint as time passes by,
Still looking into its soul, it fades away,
The brightness fades and with it darkness comes,
Yet still at peace you rest your head,
And close your eyes, in your mind the flame burns on,
Its brightness fills your mind.
