There’s nothing like going back to work and finding out they hired a new guy for kitchen and that you go from working 20 hour weeks down to 9-10 hours because the manager gave the new guy my hours. I am beyond livid. I cannot live on working 9-10 hours when I have bills. I left a note for my manager asking her to contact me so we can talk about it. If I don’t get what I’m asking for, I will be walking. In the meantime I will start searching for a new job again.

I talked to the manager who then told me it was temporary, but I don’t feel comforted with her words. I went online and put in applications to two other places.

Last night was a great night at work...a great night for me to cut a chunk out of my thumb while cutting veggies. That hurt like a bitch!
