Finally racked my first batch of cider this evening. FG was 0.999 giving it an ABV of 8.92%!! Not too shabby!! And it tasted great! It should only take a few days to carb up. I am anxious for the other batch to finish and see where it ends up.

Only one picture is really needed....I worked the booth for the brewers guild I belong to on Saturday at the Crown Brew Fest. It was a sold out crowd and hotter than Hades that day! Had a good time though, met some new friends and sampled some really good brews.

Long overdue haircut tomorrow!!! So excited! Then I will color it the next day. I was thinking about maybe some bright red low lights for the summer. We'll see though.
