However, I had planned to travel outside the US last year, but assisting my Son and his growing family to launch back into independence in CA from NY delayed that until probably 2022 since I travel every other year to visit family in Florida and that's coming up next year 2021.
I just took out food to thaw and prepare in a few hours.

So today I felt like recovering from all the chores I did yesterday so I made my way down stairs after weighing myself (232 lbs) at which I had yo-yo'ed up to 237 lbs, but thanks to additional changes to my Mental Health/Weight Loss Program, I'm able to counteract the triggers having my Solitary Lifestyle placed on pause while I host my family 4...soon to be 5.
They are doing better than expected under the circumstances, but in two weeks when the 3rd child is added to the mix, oh boy....
@Holyman, well I don't live in LA, in fact I'm about 2 hours south of there, but I do travel up there at least twice a year to visit Surrogate Family. From the first time I met my Grandkids in New York back in April 2019, I'd give them a hug, a kiss, and tell them I love them upon seeing them and when I was ready to depart from their presence.
Now, whenever they see me or get ready to go to sleep, they have to have a hug and a kiss from me if I'm near and in their limited language, they say, "I Love You Pa-Pa".
My adult Son will knock on my door at night from time to time just to come in and give me a hug and say he loves me before he goes to sleep having to wake up early to head to work.
His Fiancee' tells me she loves me after I say it to everyone in the room individually and she loves making me my favorite food dishes. That woman can throw down in the kitchen. Yum!
I show lots of love and Bandit, of course, loves his old Dad. He's just living his best life.
I send LOVE & POSITIVITY out into the Universe and often it comes back to me.
I spend the rest of my time each day Meditating, Medicating, and enjoying my many Hobbies which includes taking Weednaps. LOL!
I'd say I'm staying on the Spiritual Path of my own creation that of MOGYOLOGY: The 5 Elements Of Warlock Awesomeness (Serenity, Happiness, Love, Sex and Magick) and so far........it's been a VERY Positive Journey.

I suppose after hearing how AWESOME I am since I was oh 16 years old or so, maybe at some point I doubted myself and then after achieving my Long Term Goal and surviving Physical and Emotional Traumas, as well as beating the statistics for an African-American Male, I'm like, fuck, I would say I'm just as surprise as you, but I'd be lying. I suppose everyone was right though.

I would definitely have no issues ending things with my husband if he hit me. I do have conditions. Everyone should with stuff like that. I think I’m safe since he hasn’t tried it in over 22 years of marriage.
The bond between parent and child is not always present, sometimes there is no unconditional love. Parents have killed their own just to be with someone. Sometimes they only love a child when it suits them or until the child disappoints them in some ways. Honor killings is an example of that.
@MordrakusxMortalitas, true, but if there any truth to loving 'Unconditionally', the only releationship I could see that being is between Parent and Child and even that's not 100%.
Indeed, a bond between parent and child should be absolute, a parent should die to protect their children and their children should strive to make their parents proud by being the best they can be.
All I Know is that when my daughter came into this world when she was not even supposed to be, when they put her in my arms and I looked into her face this overwhelming feeling of pure love came over me. Right then and there I knew right then and there was real love was. I remember what someone told me as well the child that was in your belly is the one that hears your own heartbeat within. I could not even fathom what it means to have her in my life.

How many times have you blamed something else or someone else other than your own life choices for your current state of existence so far since the 1st?
For current and every stage of my life, especially the bad, I take the credit. Although, I will more times than not, give credit to others for the good things in my life. Personally, I have always taken criticism better than praise.
So I did the dishes, placed the trash on the curb, spent time on the Elliptical Trainer, completed 2 Sauna Seshes, played with Bandit, spent time with my Grands, took out food to thaw and to cook later and now just waiting to record my Sat Video where I get to wear my Gothic Warlock Lord Mask. ^_^
