Just a quick update. We survived Covid. And while we were all lucky enough to have a light strain of the virus, some things were still very rough.
The headaches were the worst. This is coming from someone that was once a migraine sufferer. Not gonna miss that.
I still cannot smell anything. I've been sniffing everything from perfume to nail polish remover... nothing.
My taste has halfway returned.
But the fatigue....is horrendous. I hate it. I already suffered fatigue due to my medical issues, and this just makes it so much worse. I seriously hope it goes away with time.
Raven is doing good. He barely had any symptoms at all aside from fever for two days.
Anyway... I'm out...
I've gotta go do Hot Girl Shit.

I can't even right now.
Tomorrow ends our household covid quarantine...and guess what? We get to start all over again.
Raven has developed new symptoms. Some of mine have gotten worse.
On top of that, my baby sister tested positive this morning. And my 3 year old granddaughters results are still pending.
Seven people in the house...Three confirmed cases. One pending. One vaccinated. Two running around in saran wrap...lol
I need a drink.

I wanted to take a moment to thank those of you that have sent me birthday wishes,and to those that have sent get well wishes to myself and Raven.
We are doing ok so far. Minor issues such as fatigue, headache,low grade fever (now gone).
Lots of video gaming...snacking...adult milkshakes...lol...binge watching....stuff.

All joking aside,we tested positive this morning. Now begins the quarantine.
Yeah...my mentality on this situation goes like this...
3 heart attacks
1 blood clot surgery
Diagnosed with severe anxiety
Fuck Off,Covid. I'm out of your league.

Thank you for sharing this. I was/am so fearful due to health issues if I did get covid. I have pretty extreme fatigue with my auto-immune issues. I got Pfizer does one. Extreme sore arm for 24 hours. Fatigue and muscle aches for 4 days. Sot 2 is a week from this Saturday. Take care you two!

Thank you for the update. Glad you are doing better. I am terrified of getting COVID also, due to health issues. I get my second shot on the 30th and am so grateful. I am sad that Alabama is lifting the mask ordinance. I do think it has helped stop/slow the spread. I was exposed for three days during a trial and was lucky enough not to get it. Anyway, hope you continue to feel better and that the smell and taste return soon!
