My first full quarter on this job.



My first full quarter setting our initiatives, changing our approach, challenging my team. Holding them accountable, like they haven't been held accountable in the past.



And...



...we crushed it. Crushed it like no one thought we could. Way over achieved our goals.



It was the biggest Q1 our division has ever had. When the numbers play out on Monday, it's going to grab the attention of everyone above the management level.



Time to go enjoy some sunshine. When I get back, there will be tequila... or scotch.



Or yes....
