I don't want to be an ousider, looking in; or an insider looking out; but want to participate, on simple ground rules:
treat me and my family and friends, as you would want to be treated.

I don't want to be JUST a person who lives everyday
Who walks through the grounds where NOONE knows my name
I want my opinion to be voiced so here's what I have to say
The world can be cruel but you HAVE to be strong
Even when it brings you to your knees you have to live on
You can't change who you are, and make things go wrong
You can't choose who your family is or the size of your shoes
But you can choose who your friends are and how you lead your life
You can't fight for everyone else but you can fight for YOU
You can't live and just leave but you can live AND believe
Believe there is someone out there or there is something for you,
You do have a purpose, it's just below the surface
When you get to that point in life, you WILL know what to do
