What is life these days but a series of selfies and instant gratification?
I feel my soul is ancient with the changing of the times.
Texting,
no more letters and beautiful cursive writing.
Face to Face
no longer person to person.

My soul will remain as it is.
The years may come and go
but I will not change

I will still write letters
and practice my Old English
until I feel it is perfect.

Not sure what I want you to see of me,
Not sure how I would like to portray myself.

For what does it really mean when we say,
"This is the real me..."
The 'REAL' me will forever lay dormant
and hidden from prying eyes.
