It seems to me that maybe, it pretty much always means "no"

Please! I beg of you! I have no problems with stamps whatsoever, but if it is large, please DO NOT STAMP ME. It stretches my page and makes it difficult for people to read it. Thank you.

I suppose that the best way to describe my sober personality is through two videos. The first is from high school, when I was a Marching Band geek. The second from last summer, not the best summer of my life but still full of crazy fun (this one is sure to make anyone either think me insane or giggle). They both feature me and my friends in it and were made by Nyssa, a craptastic friend of mine.

My Masterpieces
All of them were masterfully made with Windows Movie Maker, please do take the time to check them out. They've all got something to bring to the table.

1. "Stick to the Code" A Jack Sparrow tribute I made to the tune of One Week by the Barenaked Ladies. It took days to make.

2. "Bullshit Video #1" A FFX and DBZ video I made when I was younger, but don't be fooled. This video has some of my best transitions in it. I'm most proud of this.

3. "Circle of Life" A Lion King video to the tune of... well, you get it. An easy going video of cuteness and Disney. Who could pass that up?

4. "Blue Nightmare" A Nightmare Before Christmas video to the tune of Blue by Eiffel 65. Not a bad one, very trippy at times. :)

5. "She's a Pirate" Last but definitely not least, a video of a love triangle gone awry. Set to Pirates of the Carribbean with music by Evanescence... this is a shorty yet goody.

There was a girl.
A very young, entrancing girl.
They say she sang out all night long, all night long
In the streets of town
A little coy, never a frown
But very wise was she

And then one night
She sang to me "come towards my light"
And while her voice was very sweet
She bared her teeth
This she taught to me
"The greatest thing you'll ever learn
Is just to run, and never to return."

I am a superstitious yet skeptical, small-town girl living in the heart of a tourist attraction city. I believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and that anything may be true. I also believe there are three sides to every story; two of which belong to those involved (two biased revelations) and then what actually happened. This is why I would call myself a realist, in many ways. I'm an open girl, and more than likely far too liberal. However, I am not too liberal to see beyond the gray matter. I realize that sometimes things happen, whether they are good or bad; that cannot be helped. Just because it was experienced, does not mean that it was deserved or that karma has come to bite you in the ass.

I am highly interested in all things mythological and even more so in Ancient Egypt. I love it so much that I had an ankh tattooed on my shoulder to symbolize "Eternal Life." Soon enough, my entire back will be a shrine to the Ancient Egyptian culture.

I am a highly intuitive girl, I understand what happens around me more than the normal person may. Often times, I feed off of others emotions to come to a conclusion. In some cases, it leads to dark places and thoughts. However, when I am down, I focus my energy on something more... light.

I am a believer in reincarnation and the eternal soul; A lover of all things good. And a believer of anything deemed "impossible to be true."

I believe in keeping my friends close, and avoid making enemies at all costs. My life revolves around my family and friends, all else does not matter. Loyalty to them is my ultimate daily goal.

My life is anything but normal. I live life day by day, the future does not matter to me; the now does. Do I see myself 5 years from now? No. Ever since I became a magnet for freak accidents that should have left my body lifeless, I have learned the words "carpe dium" mean more than life itself. I pride myself in my liberal ways and believe in my abilities. I am in tune with my mind, as well as the minds of others. My body holds scars, many of which I have made in the past, and each holds a memory that I do not let go of. That is yet another lesson I have learned over the ages. Learn from the past. However, my question is, if the past is present, is there a future?

Now that we have my... morals, beliefs, and sarcastic thoughts down, I'll fill you in on how I am. I think myself to be pretty, but in no way do I think myself to be of the Marilyn Monroe caliber. I have many, many different friend who I see upon occasion and one very good friend I see every day. Beyond that, I am rather happy just chilling out by my lonesome. I march to my own beat, and often don't communicate well because I am so independent in my ways. So while I am "totally down" for making friends here, I will disappear from time to time. Don't take it personally..

So, recently I've come across some life lessons I want to share with the rest of the assholes in this world.

1. Take on story, viewed from two different angles. It is the same day, the same moment.
2. the human spirit knows deep down, that all lives intersect. That death doesnt just take someone, it misses someone else, and in the small distance between being taken and being missed, lives are changed.
3. No life is a waste. The only time wasted is the time we spend thinking we are alone.
4. You men go to war. Sometimes because they have to, sometimes because they want to. Always they feel they are supposed to. This comes from the sad, layered stories of life, which over the centuries have seen courage confused with picking up arms, and cowardice confused with laying them down.
5. Time is not what you think. Dying? Not the end of everything. We think it is. But what happens on earth is only the beginning.
6. Sacrifice is a part of life. It's supposed to be. It's not something to regret. It's something to aspire to. Little scacrifices. Big sacrifices.
7. All parents damage their children. It cannot be helped. You, like pristine glas, absorbs the prints of its handlers. Some parents smudge, others crack, a few shatter childhoods completely into jagged little pieces beyond repair.
8. Holding anger is a poison. It eats you from the inside. We think that hating is a weapon that attacks the person who harmed us. But hatred is a curved blade. And the harm we do, we do to ourselves.
9. People say they 'find' love, as if it were an object hidden by a rock. But love takes many forms, and it is never the same for any man and woman. What people find then is a certain love.
10. Love, like rain, can nourish from above, drenching couples with a soaking joy. But sometimes under the angry heat of life, love dries on the surface and must nourish from below, tending to it's roots, keeping itself alive.
11. No story sits by itself. Sometimes stories meet at corners and sometimes they cover one another completely, like stories beneath a river.
12. Lost love is still love... it takes a different form, thats all. You cant see their smile or bring them food, or toustle their hair or move them around a dance floor. But when those sense weaken another heightens. Memory. Memory becomes your partner. You nurture it. You hold it. You dance with it.
13. Life has to end. Love doesnt.
14. Before he can devote himself to God or a woman, a boy will devote himself to his father, even foolishly, even beyond explanation.

*Sunshine by Jonathan Edwards*
Sunshine go away today,
I don't feel much like dancin'
Some man's gone, he's tried to run my life
Don't know what he's askin'

He tells me I'd better get in line
Can't hear what he's sayin'
When I grow up, I'm gonna make it mine
These ain't dues I been payin'

How much does it cost? I'll buy it.
The time is all we've lost. I'll try it.
He can't even run his own life,
I'll be damned if he'll run mine
Sunshine

Sunshine go away today,
I don't feel much like dancin'
Some man's gone, he's tried to run my life
Don't know what he's askin'

Working starts to make me wonder where
fruits of what I do are going
He says in love and war all is fair
He's got cards he ain't showin'

How much does it cost? I'll buy it.
The time is all we've lost. I'll try it.
He can't even run his own life,
I'll be damned if he'll run mine
Sunshine

Sunshine come on back another day
I promise you I'll be singin'
This old world she's gonna turn around
brand new bells'll be ringin'

*Dead Boy's Poem, Nightwish*
Born from silence, silence full of it
A perfect concert my best friend
So much to live for, so much to die for
If only my heart had a home

Sing what you can`t say
Forget what you can`t play
Hasten to drown into beautiful eyes
Walk within my poetry, this dying music
- My loveletter to nobody

I've known Kyle since the beginning, Kindergarten. From the start, he was the class favorite. There was never a dull moment, and always something to laugh about. Every day was a new joke.
In high school, everyone knew who it was, not that he was hard to miss. His goofy smile, friendly disposition, and pure size were enough to attract even the shyest of people. I remember one Halloween, he dressed in drag with his friends.

He was a hit, as always. That was our senior year, our last year. He graduated High School with huge honors, and a one way ticket to the Marine Corps. He finished basic training with ease, and came back even bigger than he was for a short visit before being deployed to Iraq. It never got to happen.
Of course he wanted to see all his friends, so it came to no ones surprise one night when he was found partying it up at a fellow classmates house a week before he was to be sent off. He had only consumed a few beers, and due to his size no one worried too much that was even remotely buzzed when he got in his car to drive down the road to his home. He only made it half way. No one knows what really made it happen, but his car flipped, he was ejected from it into the street, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

*Goodnight, Evanescence*
Goodnight, sleep tight
No more tears
In the morning I'll be here
And when we say goodnight,
Dry your eyes
Because we said goodnight,
And not goodbye
We said goodnight
And not goodbye

DarkAngel30... Always brightens my day! She's guided me since my first few days here on VR. I would also like to congratulate her on making Sire and Acolyte! She has also created her own Coven: Mystical Darkness! A round of applause is quite necessary.

A sister indeed, CryingMist is always there when I need aid in something, or when I need a good giggle, and vice versa! Another congratulations is in store for her as she too has made Sire as well as Acolyte! My sister has also created her own coven: Shi Jin Ten Chi Sho. A second round of applause please...
