About Me:
My name is Skippy. No, it is not my real name, but it is what I am known by. I can be your best friend or your worst enemy, you choose. Throughout my life I have been everyone's shoulder to cry on, and everyones strong person, but I have recently learned I am not as strong as I appear to be. I live my life by the knowledge that we are all human, which makes us all un-perfect, but I think the flaws of a person make them something special. I am extremely intelligent, most likely smarter than you. Never judge me on your first impression. I am a very simple person with a very complicated mind. I am opinionated, I’m not afraid to say the truth or what I feel. I am brutally honest. I am currently single. I fell in love once, and it was the greatest thing in the world, and I would do anything to have it back. If you ask me, love is the greatest gift to man, but unconditional love is what I live for, I have experienced it, and I am so thankful I did. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I am a lover, not a fighter, but I will fight for my love. I can say I am a hopeless romantic, it fits me best I believe. I have accepted Jesus Christ as my lord and savior, but I refuse to commit myself to a religion, they are too political. I am a weekly attender of The Rocky Horror Picture Show in Woodridge, featuring the Completely Crazy Rocky Cast. I mostly understand how the human mind works, and why we do the things we do, so that makes me very understanding. I observe how people react under certain situations. I’ve been through a lot of bad events in my life, and I don’t want to deal with yours. I am a sensitive person. I tend to look down on myself, because of my past. I know I am nowhere near perfect, but neither is anyone. Music wise I like FuturePop, Synth-Rock, Industrial, and some Metal, and I love music with good lyrics. My favorite band is COLD. I am part of the Cold Army and I am a Legion. I hate drama. Don’t worship me, I hate that. I don't make a promise unless I plan to keep it. I can be a complicated person, and very few people truly understand me. I am very mature, but I do have my childish moments. I have made many mistakes in my past, and they have made me grow stronger, and I am human enough to admit that. My past tends to catch up with me. I am not a violent person. I am usually a very open person, I am not afraid to share my trials and tribulations. I always over think everything I do, which makes things harder on myself. I can be very co-dependent with new things. I am highly skilled in HTML/CSS/DIV, and with most aspects of computers. I play Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. My favorite movies are The Boondock Saints and The Rocky Horror Picture Show. I believe Goth is an art, not a label. I like having an organized profile. I am very close with my friend, they are my second family. I studied the theories of Socrates, and I tend to base my way of thinking on his. I tend to worry about the smallest things, the little things always matter. I don’t do drugs; I never have and never will. I am a smokers, I wish I wasn’t. I live my life for two things, love and saving others life. If I feel I have saved someone’s life, and impacted them, my life goal is fully complete. I am a proud graduate of St. Joseph High School, and a proud part of K17 and K19. My greatest fears in life are dying alone, and not fulfilling my goals. I type with proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. I am a theater technician at The Nite Light Cafe, I also do some booking. I can't stand watching people I love suffer and there is nothing I can do to help. I think people who try so hard to be someone else are pathetic. As much as I try I am not patient, but I am persistent. I am fluent in French and German. I am a die hard Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bears fan. You might have seen me in my old band Synthetic Sins. I want to start an industrial/metal band, something really heavy with a lot of synthesizers. I tend to be lazy sometimes. I can be very quit with new people; it will take me a minute to warm up. The only sports I play are Pool and Chess. Yes, those are sports. I rarely have money. I like to write poetry sometimes. I am human, so I do get depressed sometimes, but I also know that time heals all wounds. My career of choice is to be a theater technician and work with bands. If you want to know more you can ask.
