Truly one of my favorite authors, among many. I am one who has an immeasureable passion for music, and a true love for my instrument of choice, the guitar. 'Tis how I express my feelings and emotions, which are many, when words alone cannot the message relay.
I am an extremely compassionate human-being; usually to a fault. I will do or sacrifice for my friends and family, at the drop of a hat. I am very trusting, but at the same time, beware! I can percieve when someone is guilty of ill will, be it in person, or online. Let us all remember, words are a very powerful thing. So, let's all use them wisely, and not hide behind them? I am very trusting, and usually think others are the same; my bad. So, when people think I dive in too quick, I probably am...hmmm. But, what is the alternative? A little history of me here:
Well, I was born in South Carolina, along the coast, on what we from that beautiful part of the world, call the Barrier islands. Pawley's Island, to be exact. I lived there for about 8 yrs, and to this day, it is still home to me, and always will be. I learned alot about the spiritual side of myself there, but, I must know someone very well to delve into that one. Sorry, but not that sorry! LoL.
My father, the most amazing man I've ever known in my life, God rest his soul...was an episcopal Priest for 4o yrs. Not a scripture - quoting fanatic, either. But he had a Masters in both Theology, and the History of Religion. So, he was not just educated on the Trinity side of Religion; I mean, to be honest, Christianity is a rather young Religion, now, isn't it? My point being, I was exposed to many different facets of faith, forms of worship, and different insights of various faiths. I DO NOT like people who pretend they know SO much about Religion, I care not what form; black or white magic, Voodoo, Hindu, Buddist,whatever...Please, if you know not, speak not!
I am married to a lovely woman, my sweet love, Loretta. She is my strength, my life companion; and my best friend. We have been married five years, and have a wonderful life together. I also have one amazing daughter, named Marley. (Named after Bob Marley) She is 12 years old, going on 30! Truly an amazung young lady, and when I grow up, I want to be just like her! She is quite the guitarist, by the way. I am very proud to be her father, and she makes me prouder with the passing of each day. Fortunately, she inherited the "Guitar gene" from me, so we jam together quite often. 12 years old, and she plays "Wanted-Dead or Alive by Bon Jovi perfectly...no shortcuts, note for note. Remember her name, people, she is serious, and on her way!
If anyone here should find similarities between myself and them, I would love to be your friend. I have been told by someone here, that it is rude to just ask someone to be your friend, never heard that one before...thought that was a good thing...but, hey, if that's the rules, so be it. I am the one who is new here. So, from now on, I shall ask first in a message, and wait for a response from the party in question, as to whether or not I should add them.

I have come to this site seeking knowledge of things that have recently blossomed in my life. I have always been somewhat intuitive, but never actually payed much attention to it. I have become mentally and spiritually alert in ways that are new to me. I have heard some on the Rave speak of an "Awakening", and I guess that is the best way to categorize it. At this particular time, I feel as if I am in the dark, and don't know which way to turn, because I cannot see the path I am to take. I feel things when around people. I can sense what is going through their mind before they speak. I even feel I know deep secrets about them, without having been told. I have people confiding in me that never would have previous to all of this coming into my life. When I am around people, my adrenaline gets going, and it is as if I am feeding off of this energy in some way. What a rush this is! I have come here seeking guidance,advice, etc. I haven't entered any of this information until now, but only because it is hard to discuss what you do not understand. There are so many little things that validate what I am speaking of, but I shall refrain from putting them here until I know a little more about what is happening. I will update this part of my profile as I feel it to be nescessary, and I am comfortable with it.
