In 1958 Los Angeles, Igor Vorlic (as in Frankenstein) and Renfield (as in Dracula) are struggling private detectives, serving a community of monsters and zombies hanging around the movie community.

When the horror movie craze hit, every monster in the world moved to Hollywood to make it big. Unfortunately, they discovered a greater evil – Hollywood executives. Enter Renfield and Igor, (not so) hard hitting private dicks who wander L.A.’s dark underbelly in a never-ending quest for justice and rent money. In part one of “Dead Love,” Renfield follows the trail of an old flame who may or may not want to be found and discovers that living in the past can lead to a dangerous present.
