I agree Cancer, learn to open your mind, let them in and they shall come, I am reading beginning Zen now and I love it. I do recommend it for anyone wanting to learn meditation as a starting only point and then go from there.

when i was talking tae kwon do at the age of 11 the instructor taught us some meditation and i've been doin ever since and indeedi agree with u cancer, it is a good way to get in touch with the other side

So far out of all the suggestions thus far I agree with kraven and doing a sayance. But mostly if anything I have been contacted by a lost love one through dreams.
