Just wanted to know, how many of you out there ever been to Egypt? If so, what was your opinions, thoughts, experiences? And what did you visit?
I'm asking this cus I went to Egypt last year in November 04 and I had a wonderful time, visited almost all the places and went inside 2 of the pyramids, it was an amazing experience
cant wait to hear ur thoughts
I have always loved Egypt, unfortunatly i have yet to go there,i have Egyption in me,i am of the"House of Ramses"-so i will go sometime whenever the oppurtun awaits...
i never beent here. but it's one of my dreams, and i would like to visit India to. And i know my dreams soon will become reality :)
i aint been there but i wud love to go, it looks a great place full of history and plenty to see
Daniel and I would love to go one day. He has a handsome collection of ankhs and everything to do with egypt. If it counts, probably not, but it's still absolutely kick butt cool; we went to the Luxor hotel in Las Vegas last October, amongst others. They had a museum that showed how the inside of Tutenkamons (pls forgive spelling) looked like upon first discovery. It was absolutely fascinating.
But unlike the real thing, which I am so happy for you that you went, there was a gift shop at the end of the museum. *sigh.
Las Vegas is the only place I know that can transport you from the sacred sands of Egypt to a medieval castle within 5 minutes.
never been there but I patrolled the Egypt-Israel borderline alot.
Egypt is the one place on Earth that I would love to visit. One day I will.
once, it was amazing and far more beautiful than i ever imagined, if your in cairo you should eat at a pub called The Pharos Summit, its fantastic and they speak english
Ever since i was 9 yrs old (this life) ive had this calling to Egypt and at the time i didnt know why, until about 6 yrs ago where i had a past life regression, and i spoke of being the 1st queen pharoh.
Hatshepsut was the 1st pharoh, Not Kleopatra (2nd) or Neffertiti (3rd).
Hatshepsut was murdered by her nephew's military forces and was to be buried in her proper tomb but was later founded out that she was moved , not by her nephew or his men but by her dedicated servants who not only moved her and her belongings but also her father and her daughter to one place that is yet to be found and to keep the place secret all of her servants killed themselves so that her nephew could never find her.
Since these feelings get stronger all the time, i do beleive that i might be able to find her resting place and she can have her name put back into the history books again where they belong and to be at a final rest.
I have never been to Egypt but when I go I know I will have one hell of a time.
Egypt is my life... I shall be an Egyptologist one day... I wish to go there more than anything...
I couldn t visit Egypt untill now because I m to busy with work but hope that in the future I will because I m interested on civilisation, chamber of torture, piramids,I find egypt very interesting and misterious country.
I want to go and see Egypt. In one of my past lives I lived there, and I want to go back and see it now.
Egypt definitely seems to be a lovely place to visit...
Especially when you are in to history and stuff... art...culture... Anyway, I will definitely go there one day... and I would also like to hear other's experiences from that country...
It would be beautiful, simple beautiful, and something I can't wait to do when I become older. But then again, I have a lot of dreams about going to places. I hope to meet them all before my body expires and I move on to the next life.
Egypt, my home amongst the thorns of this realm. Ah, how I long to walk barefoot across the sand of the fertile lands. How I wish to feel the breaze sweeping through my long hair, my eyes closed every sensation on my body being felt in that single moment.
