The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Some cool new stuff has been added to the vampire database. Most items are in the events section but there is other stuff as well. If you have ideas for things you think should go into the VDB, plesae message me or any other Procurator. Thanks.

it would be neat if they had an orginization section where we could list real orginization like house eclipse or others

the database is full of great articles and other forms of information all about vampires. there's everything you can ever want, all listed in catagories in the database... i swear i'm doing my christmas shopping from the database this year.

vampwriter is right i went thru most of it myself and even bought some Jewelry. There is alot of good stuff in there :)

love the jewlery and books......can't wait to see if more is to be added and hopefully soon I should be able to add some info for the VD.

I was curious about the submission process. Should we expect a response when we submit something or just either see it added or not?

We might have more entries if more people know what to do to add to the data base. Is there a proper way to make a entry request? Do we include the picture and write-up? Or just mention something in general? Humm.

Just wanted tp let everyone know that I am adding approximately 30 new books to the Vampire Database over the next few days.

Ive rated everything in the database and i bought some stuff and i have been waiting over 2 months for 2 necklaces..lol
that still cant be traced but they have my money

Did you ever get an answer on the submission process? Now that you're a DOMINAR, perhaps you could look into that further...perhaps you're working on the database?

I'd also be interested in knowing if someone is notified when something is rejected and whether it was for the subject or for a need of a better write up...or how best to insure that something vampire related is added to the database.

Not trying to be snippy just sharing what I read, the inclusion process is listed in the VR Manual. I know this because I spent 2 hours last night reading it so I won't mess up anymore (hopefully). It didn't seem hard, just look it up there.

i never really looked at the VDB but i just had a look and there is some really neat stuff in there

Nightgame - The VR manual is a really good source for all things VR however, it only has 3 paragraphs on submissions to the database. It does state that the line is long, but it does not state how the submissions are chosen and whether you are contacted if a submission is refused or accepted (as with the polls).

Now I could contact a Procurator but it seems that a forum post would save them the trouble of my bothering them and answer it for all thereby saving them from future emails on the subject.

Thanks Billy I think that would be fantastic...and yeah i got me Dominars mixed up with me Procurators. Pontius Pilot is always getting pissed off at me for that :)

If anybody needs to know about the entries of the database, I do now have an answer. Questions on the VR database will most likely be closed as of tomorrow since it is already starting to run adift. The thread and the answer that I got from Cancer can be found in my journal if you miss the original.

I think the database has alot of great things....I especially like the books section....
