I always get this sense that someone is around me. Well it's more than a sense its a feeling. It usually only happens at night. Am I just paranoid...or am I picking up on something?

you could very well be feeling the truth. i have this feeling often. like im being watched. especially since my brother passed but not so much now that i have my son. im sure its nothing "bad" i mean if you can feel the presence there then im sure you can feel the good and the bad energy as well. does this "entity make you feel nervous and scared or just a little happy and relieved that its there? think about that one

Not so much nervous as it shocks me...kind of like it's running around the room playing hide and seek.

more or less because your not used to this feeling. i know the first time i felt something like that it scared the hell out of me but i was also only 8 and not ready for that kind of world, but let me tell you this the more you pay attention to what is there the less it will play "hide and seek" with you. unless you have a very playful presence with you. my brother used to turn off my tv every night at 11 and used to turn it to wrestling during the day while i was watching other shows. tell them how you feel i know it sounds wierd but keep in contact with them just because you cant hear or see them doesnt mean they cant hear and see you.

I'll try that the next time I get the feeling. This may sound stupid and might be a little TMI but the other day I got out of the shower and I was in my towel, but for some reason I started blushing. Do you think that it might be that presence?

Everything is meant for a reason. When I look at someone, if I see simularity it is nice to relate, and sometimes help them, and myself.

It is important to give and receive strength for life plans and happiness.

ya they are there all the time and even when your in a towel or less hehehehe, but dont worry there is nothing to blush about they are not there to watch you get dressed. i mean most people dont even know that they are there am i right? and if it still bothers you tell "them" to go away and that you want privacy you will be suprised at the reactions you get when you let them know that you know they are there

Just remember not all speak. In fact some may be checking or even drawing upon the energy that you have.

Paranoia maybe, however you could be sensing a spirt in that house, its happend to me before.

Maybe the prescence is something that you are feelin within yourself- this paranoia could be at the root of a way that you are feeling, or something bloking your path. I think that perhaps you could try meditation in the places in your house where this occurs and see if that gives you any further insight into why these rooms can make you feel nervous.

Hmmmm tricky subject sometime wecan distinguish between the worldsand some times we can't usally they choose to reveal themselfs to you for a reason i would try meditating and trying to ask them questions

You may possibly be picking up something. On the other hand if you are easily spooked at night then perhaps this might be the reason for your feelings

I get the same feeling, but it could just be paranoia, but I only get that feeling in the house that my grand parents died in. Maybe that feeling is just caused by the thought that they might still be there. I honestly have no clue.

Don't forget this could be a natural reaction to a change in the resent passed. Are you recently alone after having a partner there with you?

You could be experiencing a 'visit' someone perhaps, protecting you.

I understand you are puzzled by it. But the feeling OF the presence, is it ominous?

If it is not a bad feeling, feel comfortable.. it could be a spirit from the other side, coming back to protect you.. I'd be comforted by that.

I never get a bad feeling. It just shocks me because one second I don't feel it and the next second I'm whipping my head around to see what's behind me. I know something or someone is there, I just can't see it. Then again maybe I'm loosing my mind. I have always had my own bedroom and that's the only room i get this feeling in.

i think if ur feeling a sense of something that is there and if there is nothing visible to the naked eye, then for sure ur sensing something. does it feel evil.

It's likely that you are picking up on an entity of some sort. As long as you don't feel threatened by it I wouldn't worry about it.

Just go with your instincts. If it feels safe, then let it be. It's nice to have good spirits around you. Just let them know they're welcome. If you feel threatened, well, look for someone who can help you release them from you.

I have that feeling a lot . In fact since me and my girlfriend can't be together right now she sends her presence or Aura to me . Sometimes its a little creepy if your not used to it . But to it feels wonderful b/c I know its her . One time I was to talking to girlfriend here on the rave . And her Aura decided to be really naughty and tease me . She *Blushed* when I told about what happened she told me thats just her aura wanting to play . Its like I feel her even now . Its wonderful . Helps me not to feel alone all the time .

I've always felt others around me . If you don't want them around tell them to leave . Me I always talk to them . And they answser you sometimes . Not physically as with talking like you and I . But thur your mind mentally . I helps you not to feel lonely sometimes . So when children say there imaginary friend is real I believe them .

Thank you for all of your responses. It really helped me understand what I was feeling. Just to answer a few of you...no I never feel threatened. I don't think what ever presence I'm feeling wants to hurt me. More or less I think they just want me to know that they are there.
