Thanks to the generosity of our member Bones, we are again auctioning a Vampire Rave Tee-shirt that is autographed by, " The Prince " himself in order to help raise funds for the Samaritans who are still helping people in continuing need in the New Orleans area after the recent devasting floods there.
Vampire Rave will be hosting it's first ever meet-up in New Orleans, and this auction is designed to show that members of this Society have a kind and generous disposition in the face of adversity.
The chosen Charity Center for the Samaritans has been in operation for 19 years. It is a food bank and emergency center serving the needs of the homeless, and families whose income may have been impacted by an illness, fire or other misfortune. They also provide clothing, utility/rent assistance, prescription help, transportation vouchers, counselling, school supplies, and holiday help.
The Center is a 501 C-3 organization located on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain in the Greater New Orleans region. In 2007, they served 1,772 children, 2245 adults and 82 seniors.

Alternatively, you may wish to just pledge a donation to the Samaritians for this cause and not bid for the tee-shirt. If this is the case please indicate that it is a donation and not a bid by writing either:

The Auction will close at Management discretion. All monies donated to be paid to Vampire Rave Paypal account at mowryfamily@yahoo.com. The person with the largest bid wins the teeshirt which will be posted by Vampire Rave when the Auction is finished.
