I went to a small "slave cemetery" out in Crawford Tx where a buddy lives he wanted a more vivid visit cuz he knows i can see spirits and feel things.. well we when out there..i didn't see anything we walk in and a draft follows behind we make it to the far corner on the cemetery and i smell a sour but sulfur like odor, then i hits me my eyes and nose start watering and it feels as if i have a penny in my mouth a sort of copper taste.. i cant see and breath i know to walk to the light, then i feel a knot in my chest and start to cough. i cough up blood for a few mins as we are leaving the area..im going to the dr tomorrow to get everything checked on..

not all spirits show them selfs. there very picky

I have went to mediums from England and went to New York to see those who did not know of me.

Many mediums will start choking and then they will ask if a man they see after they described the person had choke. Which was true.

In my thoughts you may have contacted someone who had died and you felt the way they had passed over.

from a doctors standpoint, its consumption. from a paranormal...who knows?

by the DR i mean... check for damages.. i wouldn't tell him tha story..way to skeptic

Wow sounds like a full on physical attack. I do agree that you could have just suffered from the last moment of death of someone that was still earth bound.

However it sounds really familiar for some reason, and I keep thinking along the lines of a demon. But I am probably wrong lol.

well perhaps u were experincing a moment from the past in that very spot from one spirit in particular.

Sounds to me like you just experienced a combination of what happened to someone that was buried there, and/or of the energy of what happened in that area. Could be both, that they were killed and buried there.

Certain stones/rock hold energy very well and events that happened are "recorded" in the stone and felt by those by or on the stone/rock.

spirts make their presence known in many ways. this one probably decided to physically show you how he/she had died, giving you a better insight. But if you feel it has effected your health, do go to a doctor and get it checked out. but yes, dont tell the story of why cause the doc will prolly jus laugh at you or think you are crazy!

I would agree with what eeryone else has already said couldnt have said it better myself, I think it was just the combination. or even the possability that you werent welcome in that particular place.

i would say a spirit of some kind didn't want you there and tried it's best the screw you up.

i agree with the general consensus. it sounds like you were experiencing something that had happened to someone. whether on that spot or to a member of the cemetery i am not sure.

That said it sounds as if someone in Spirit was sharing their last memory with you.

I would have to agree with everyone else. It sounds like you were touched by a spirit ir maybe even a demon and/or the feelings from the past. I would think that it was possible tht this was a warning sign as well (maybe). Just maybe there is the chance that there is or was something there that you were not supposed to be in contact with.

Sounds to me JonGodi like you were smelling a badly decomposed dead body which was uncovered by grave desecrating huligans which desecrate graves as a hobby once they have sniffed glue out of a plastic bag, and went delirious and violent, and all that stench of a desecrated decomposing body carried a certain virus with it, as all decomposed bodies do, and which you inhaled, damaging your systems, and causing massive bleeding to your lungs. Definitely you got something there. Better check it out good with the doctor, or you might find your self after a month to be in a developed stage of TBC, or chronic impotency, and which is not a good thing at all.

If you are a sensitive I would suspect that you picked up on someone's death throes. This person may have indeed died of "consumption" or as we more modernly call Tuberculosis, although it could have been various forms of cancer. It isn't uncommon for someone to have a physical manifestation if they can deeply connect. I think you need to shield yourself when you go into places that deal with the dead. I personally don't believe in demons as defined so I doubt they hang out in cemeteries. I think you just picked up on someone's death. It would be similar to psychometry. All of these things are conjecture of course because I don't know but some people do have the ability according to anecdotal sources to perceive such things.

I won't even venture to guess what it could have been, as i don't know about this sort of thing. I did find what you wrote amazing though was very interesting to read.
There was one point you made in your description i did wonder about though.
You said there was a copper taste in your mouth i know from reading somewhere that when someone was killed that was considered a stool pigeon they would put a penny in their mouth.
I wonder if the person whose spirit invaded your body was in that situation.

the last three were very very interesting!! nor did that happen..may i lol.. i did go to the dr...just for a check up..no detailed story for him.. i am fine... nothing to be alarmed about... i did go back during the day this time... still did not see anything but did get the sour smell of sulfur again.. i left immediately!!

i wanna go back, something just draws me near every time.. i know there are slaves there the stones mark property of there masters.. very ere but cool! not all slaves were abused most had very good lives..

Thank goodness you're alright, and the fact that you're okay now suggests that it definitely could have been something paranormal. I agree with all the people saying that you could have been experiencing someone's death.
I had a similar experience (though not as bad) when I tried to contact a historical figure (I won't say who) because nobody knows how they died and I hoped to find out. Suddenly I could see, hear and feel water all around, couldn't breathe at all, and there was tightness around my wrists and mouth... like being tied up, gagged and drowned. *shiver* It was very scary. I suppose the best way for a spirit to communicate it's way of dying, is to show you.

Some spirts dont they if they dont wish to show themselves give you something of them like a clue maybe the coughing of blood was they way he died and he was showing that to you.

I don't think it was a demon - more likely a spirit of a slave who did not die peacfully ( I'd like to think that just being a slave would piss it off).

From a phsyiological aspect it seems like a mild stroke. The bleeding could be from an ulcer that was caused by the stroke.

i personally think someone there was trying to tell you something... maybe they cant show themselves... but they wanted someone to know something

Did your friend smell it also? Do you smoke cigarettes? It could be any number of things. From anemia to methane gas (yes possibly coming from a corpse). As rainy and humid as it has been around here lately pockets of methane could become trapped in lower lying areas. Also there are a lot of places around Central TX that are former landfills and are now parks. It wouldnt suprise me in the least that they would put one next to a slave cemetary.

But if you want to immediately conclude it is from paranormal origins before ruling out the scientific explanations, then go ahead. But you shouldnt go see a regular doctor then - witch doctors would surely know more.

BTW coughing up blood is a reason to go see a doctor immediately - you should go to the ER actually. You could have a clot in your lungs.

sounds like you may of experience how someone died , yet if your coughing up blood and have the taste of copper in your mouth you should go to the doctor becuse it could mean a blood clot of even a tear in the lining of your lung or throat which also may cause a copper or metalic taste in your moputh, hope you do get checked out .

you may have felt a spirit instead of seeing them. Cause it does sound like you were experiencing what one does experience when dieing. The copper taste is the taste of blood and the sulfur smell might be that of the decay of bodies. There may be a spirit of the ones who had to bury everyone. I am sure the slaves where told to dig the holes and I am sure the bodies where not cared for.

well it was a slave cematery to the spirit was probably just being portective of his home from strangers... but thats still pretty harsh what happened to you.

I believe something touched you and maybe it was their way of saying for you to leave and that you didn't belong there

OMG, thank god you're okay.

Since the Dr. has cheched you out and all is okay now. I tend to lean towards a more supernatural source. Have you got a history of the cemetery to see if anything simular has happened to anybody there before??

In the meantime, I wouldn't go back until you know waht happened and how to protect yourself.

also to answer some questions.. i do not smoke and i do not drink..

the friend (Andy) did not smell it nor go through the same as i did all he felt and saw so he says. the draft of wind following behind us then watching me as i was trying to get away.. i will not be going back to the cemetery and i can not get accurate info on the yard.. they just look at me wired as is that i am white.. maybe...
