In an article I was reading and in a bit of my research specific stone also have specific energy qualities that effect and react with the body , aura and energies of a a person in different manners. An example I came across was using hematite for grounding.
Is it possible to also implement specific types of stones or gemstones for their qualities presented to also aid in the manner of healing and such?

Another healing one, many massage therapist use stones(hot0 to roll out the areas they some times donot have the strength to, yet everything has energy and it would seem possible to heal with certain stones, yet i have not seen any documantion on it.

Crystals do, why not stones. Some hold heat better so that would help soften a muscle.

My mom swears by hematite. I remember when I was younger, going to bead shows or art & craft shows and she taught me how to pick out by holding my hand over the whole box of them until I felt one draw my hand closer. I laughed at first, but then my hand was drawn toward one piece of hematite. It was a pretty neat experience and I have always kept that stone. I say yes, some stones have healing powers and it certainly depends on the specific stone.

I kinda believe in the mind.. So if you truly believe you are getting healed by a stone then why not.. Plus depends on the stone..

ahhh this i believe very true as certain stones, engraved with runes in turnm, to tend to put off certain energies and the such, some i find can energise, some can help an upset stomache, and such on.

My best friend is wiccan, and she uses stones for spells, and her mother uses hot stones to release stress and muscle pains, by putting them all down your spine. I had it done before, and it really seems to help, but I really wouldn't know about actual illness, like the flu.

I am not a believer in stones myself but have seen things that make me wonder.

i know amythist and rose quartz are great for healing and bloodstone is great to draw love but also others work as well some stones give off high vibrations and others give off low vibrations ....i persaonally sleep with a bag of mixed gems over my head ...i feel it helps and they use differants stones on chalkra points i dont have a link to give you all the info but it is a very vast and deep subject

Stones really do work. About a year...maybe 2 years ago already...I was at a holistic expo in my area and there was one person (who was also a rev of a non-denominational church) did an Atlanteean Healing for me. There was no laying on of hands or anything like that. But stones, and gems, were. It took about 10-15 mins and was much more relaxed afterwards. It's a type of aura healing you could call it. But they do work.

Anything is possible. Even moreso, the power of suggestion can do almost anything for you as well.

Stones are often used in healing, but also in protection, much in the same way crystals are. If a stone has been blessed, maybe it has more power to put behind the healing/protection. Or in some cases, mind over matter: if you believe it will work, it just might.

Yes, I do believe that using stones to heal with is possible. I use warm to hot stones at home for a muscle rub like. This has also been used by some in the massage field as well. Scott Cunningham has a fairly good book on the uses of gems stones and crystals. Stones are also used in the Chakra's as well.

The stones that purify water are largely used in Europe and industrial produced.
Did you ever had to change the "filter" at your sink?You`ll be surprised that it hasa whole in the middle.

Yea, the filtration of water also uses ion-changing resins, to make hard water soft, etc. One could say that if it cange change water, it can change perhaps more.

certain stones carry an energy all their own and energy is transferable. so yes you can heal with stones or focus. there are many uses for stones. spas use them as a method to transfer heat and energy for getting a client to relax.

energy is neutral and can be found in many things around us. it is the user that determines the ultimate outcome of the energy.

Its all about focus.. anything that you can use to help yourself focus your minds and subsequent energy works.. just think of a little old catholic lady praying her rosary beads...

Once again,it comes down to the vibration of a stone or crystal and its ability to impact its surroundings.Nothing really to do with belief ,because when we heal with belief,we need nothing.But its more due to its ability to help tune the mind to the needed frequencies needed for healing and such..

Cause heres the thing..many peeps believe that they can do something,in the end,they cant.And why? I think because that even though they might believe it,they do not tune their bodies to the correct frequency that enables them to project the thought into manifest.And even when they can,it is inconsistant,because of a few reasons really...ranging from lack of practice to electromagnetic interference.

one of my ex girlfriends mum used a healing crystal on me to diagnose my knee problems she didnt know i had a tenden problem in my knee and we were just messing on and she dangled the crystal on a sting over my knees and it moved in circles over my right knee and she said " you have problems with your joints" i was like yeah i have how did you know? she said" the crystal showed me there is a problem " weird hey?

Heated stones can be place on the body to bring out your pores and it makes your skin more refreshed. I believe if you place the stones in a specific area it can also help that area as well.

Sure, I can see how that would be possible. I know different types of crystals can be used for different things, I'm sure stones can be used for healing...it makes sense to me.

i belive it to be true. stones have a life force. well thats what i belive everything has a life force its how to use there life force is the key. like i was told to always keep a blood stone on me from my grandmother. sh used to tell me that everytime i get a cut to hold the blood stone to it and it would make it stop bleeding and i have used one ever since i was a kid because of that

every molecule has its own vibration.. every sensation(god/bad/disease)... this is how ive been taught/read that this type of healing works.

hmmm.... im not sure on the financial... heh;) im sure gold or platinum would help.... or even diamonds... take it to an exchange and it will literally turn to money :P heh.
