i'm curious about something..... i have been in a haunted place last week on very old building, I been getting lightheaded.. what does it mean? does it want a spirit want enter my body?.. I need your advice or any suggestions..
I don't think it means they are trying to posses you or anything. I think it more means they are trying to get you to leave. Or check for Carbon Monoxide :)
Anxiety, triggered by Anticipation, how where you feeling prior to entering the building?
Spirits use energy form outside sources to try and manifest. They will use flash light batteries, camcorders, electrical equipment and even people. That does not mean thy are trying to harm you. Their trying to gain enough energy to show themselves.
There are many reasons for the way you feel.
Check out the possabilitys like C02.
The hight of the building will throw you off balance.
Also and this might sound strange but look for any live wires or circut brakers EMF leaks will cause same simptoms.
EMF's can make you light headed and make you believe that a place is haunted. I'm not saying this is def what it is, just giving you possible reasons.
Why don't you do some research on the building? Is it haunted? Do others disagree? Hauntings do not necessarily indicate a spirit trying to posses you, and there could be lots of other causes to your light headiness. If you want real advice you’re going to need to bring more info about the situation. Currently, all we can do is offer ill informed opinions on the matter. Unless we have more information about the building along your physical and mental reactions and regular disposition, there is nothing really to discuss.
You could even be reacting to dust or some other particulate that was in the old building. How well was it maintained, if at all?
A vacuum created by opening, and closing doors of sealed rooms often makes people feel like something unseen is brushing againt them. Cluttered house have unbalanced stacks fall over. Water/ moisture on windows cast odd shadows interpreted by idle minds to be humanistic( longing for company) places an absence, filled by subconcious nostalgia recollection, usually triggered by proximity to relative dates to deceased loved ones.
Also you may not have eaten enough, lack of food and iron can make you way lightheaded. trust me i am iron deficient and it sucks. i cant stand for more then ten minutes without blacking out and fainting because of the kid. but you dont have to be prego to be lacking iron.
also the carbon monoxide is good advice, you should never enter and older establishment without knowing how the air is you could get seriously sick.
Do you feel cold or warm if you feel coldness on your hands and body it a bad spirit.... sometime when the person get lightheaded it mean that you are getting acquainted with the fluid of the spirit...
First ask a doctor.
The same effect can have many causes.
Poor circulation, muscle athropy, raw frazzled nerves, isolation discomfort (when a person is used to more people around, then suddenly fewer people are around for awhile).
