Do you believe in Spiritual signs?

I had made a dish that my father in law had loved so much, I had not made it since 2003, while I was making the dish something happened to HardBiter and Myself, it started to Thunder and Lighting and rained. That was fine until I realized that it was only in our yard, it was like he was mad that he could not be here with me to enjoy it. He was a wonderful man, someone who would help out in any way that he could. We have a picture of him and still today we still sense him.

Now for tonight we were putting our kids to bed and they have a pony sitting on a knick knack shelf and when HardBiter went in to put a DVD in and the pony flipped backwards and fell off the shelf by it's self. HardBiter had been no near it no draft or wind, freaked him out. And well I just keep going about my business, trying not to think about it. Our dog LuLu for the first time refuses to go in our daughters old bedroom.

It sounds like he is there and is trying to tell u something. Try getting a voice recorder and do some evp's. Ask questions and see if you get answers

Sounds to me that he is there and trying to comunicate with you. You should try to relax and listen. Its hard but sometimes if you take the time you can understand the messeage they are trying to send out. One trick could be to ask questions inside your head.
Anyway, you dont nead to be afraid. Im sure he means no harm

Yes, obviously he is trying to say something, something must have changed in your life recently that has caused him to start this kind of action, examine any changes, maybe he needs to understand them.

yes I do believe in the signs of spirits .My husband and I both loved our grandparents a lot they were a constant in our lives . I love to cook and OB 's grandmother was a very spiritual woman who saw spirits . when I cook Sometimes i feel she is telling me how to fix something to make him remember things and I do and it makes him so happy . he tells me "Ines would love you to death she would be eating and smiling" and the make me happy to know that she approved of me and helps me to cook somethings like she did . I don't mind her being around .

Good spirits don't knock things over or cause you to be alarmed. Especially if a dog won't enter a room.
Animals are highly sensitive to such things, note your pets behavior if acting different.
You should consider looking up the history of the house if not originally built by you or your parents. The local courthouse would have such info.
Keep a notebook of weird or strange happenings- logging, date, time day of week and what.
If things continue to occur of a negative nature, I would seek to cleanse the house.
Previously passed family-if there- may have a tendency to move a perticular object of affection of yours when thinking of them to let you know they are near and close. But make certain it is isolated to rule out being bumped by other occupants or even animals.
I always know when my Grandfather is around, as when I seem troubled or worried over something one certain statue in my bedroom is moved 90 degrees facing the door to that room instead of straight forward.
I've treid debunking that possibilty of it being bumped, but with extreme force to the consol, it never moves even the slightest degree.

Its sounds like hes there, and i dont think hes trying to tell you soemthing... but i think he wants you to reconize his presense.
I think hes just there to watch over and protect your family.

Yes I do beleive that they do indeed leave signs or do things to make you aware they are there. I know just after my grandfather passed back in 2004 which was in July - my parents have about 15 lilac trees running along the road side of the house and only one of them my grandfather planted, it was the first one when my parents built that house . 21 years ago... But now here in NY Lilaxcs bloom in June come Sept 1st which is my grandfathers birthday that one lil lilac tree was in bloom and I always knows he is around because when he is I smell lilacs.

I've had some unusual experiences but can't say specifically that I do or don't believe in spirits and/or ghosts.

The physics law of conservation of energy in a nut shell states that Matter and Energy are never destroyed or created but rather change form.

Basic example:
Tree- burn a tree in turns into heat (and some other stuff)- heat creates condensation- condensation falls back to earth as water- water is sucked up through the roots of trees and the cycle repeats.

Humans are matter and energy. When a person dies we know what happens to the matter it decays and starts the cycle again but what about the energy contained in the body? It doesn’t just go away.

I think that is where spirits come into play. Whether the remaining energy has consciousness or not has never been scientifically proven, but situations like the one in the post seem more than just coincidental.

That makes some sense. I personally believe that ghosts exist.

you can't see the signs if you disbelieve in spirits.

Of course spirits exist, both good and bad ones unfortunetly.

Well, i can relate a little. My grandfather passed away August 12 at 10 in the morning.

My grandmother gave me his wedding ring and old fisherman's watch. I wear it all the time. But, when i take it off and put it down, it moves. I never see it move, but i always put it down in the same place. And every day it moves to a different spot on my desk.

It may seem weird to think that some people pass, but their spirit still lives with us. Sometimes, when people dies, they don't know it happened and continue on with their daily lives, not knowing no one can see them.

The person may have passed, but their spirit will stay with you. A love so strong in one life time can pass through into death.

The day after my Mother-in-Law passed. I was sitting in my living room.
In the dining room I looked. There was a sparrow at the dining room window.
When it seen I was looking at it, it started to peck at the window.
I got up and seen another sparrow that had lower itself.
The sparrows looked at me and flew to the top of the garage roof.
They stayed for a minute as we looked at each other, and they flew together.
Birds are messengers and I believe it was my Mother-inLaw and her husband who deceased years ago, saying we are together and in peace.
I believe that spirits come in different forms to let us know they are all right.
Never had I had signs of a violent spirit.

Why oh why do people state that if you don't believe then you are unable to see.... What utter rubbish!

I know a few people who didn't believe and now do, because of things they state they have seen!

There are supposed to be many signs...Butterfly, the wind blowing a leaf, animals looking at you, bird in the house, a new spiders web, of course the feather is another one,

I looked for a feather.....what I got was a dead bird, no body, just feathers and the beak! Lol...the fox did it, or was it a sign. I think the bird was unlucky, I hope that it wasn't a relative attempting to communicate with me.

Total agreed, a lot of people have stated that they dont believe in all sorts of things and one thing will change their minds, always have always will. People need to keep an open mind to all things. As long as we do then when strange things happen or are seen we can accept these.

People seem to have this one tract mind....I dont believe in ghost, aliens etc etc and even when the evidence is right in front of them they cannot see it.

It isnt that they cannot see it, it is them denying that they can see it. Because they dont want to. No matter what is said, done or shown they dont want to believe in the unexplained and so they shut it out.

Animals can smell and feel things that us humans cannot. I would be heading the advice from your dog, if it would not go into the room then there is something wrong there, a dog will defend at all cost and if he/she wouldnt enter the room then it must of been very scared. I would get it checked ASAP.

I've personally never seen anything yet, but I still believe in spirits and that others can see them.

Remember that all spirits have a much lower energy level during hour of light. They drain themselves trying to effect things around us to have us notice them.

The one sure way to recharge..vampire like as it is, is to try to do something to get an emotional response from us..turning over a toy, creating a chill, or just making a sudden knocking noise. You suddenly fill the space around you with energy that they can draw from.

The more emotional your response, the more energy they have to draw from. It's sad to say that in some cases they stay around to watch after us, and end up feeding off our energy rather than move on as they should.

Keep in mind that sometimes it's best for us to say aloud, Thanks Mom - or Dad, - or whomever - for being close. I'm ok now. You can go on, and I'll see you later.

I have a thing with coins. I find them in the most unusual places. Someone once told me that it was one of my parents telling me they are still around... (or both). I find comfort in that.

I do mostly because of my experiences, but mine were negative ones.

I was never really a believer of spirits/ghosts, yet I had some experiences which would make your spin chill.

For me I get a tingling sensation when ever they are around me. Within a few moment I can tell the age and gender of the spirit that I come into contact with. It makes it harder to sense new spirits though because I am constantly surrounded by them.

Greetings...And I agree check out the history of the house ...Animals are highly tuned to the realm of spirits if the dog does not like it I would be concerned....their is the question of a portal or doorway that is opened and this spirit is moving back and forth between this dimensional portal....

Well what Lady forgot to put in there is that someone had died in the house previously to us moving in here. The really screwed up thing is that every now and then when we're in the kitchen or at the computer we can hear someone whisper our names. It all started with the remolding of our main level. So I guess that construction does wake the spirits and make them restless

When there is spiritual activity around, I feel it in my stomach. If it's strong enough, I can get really sick. My last encounter ended with me vomiting all over the property front lawn.

i believe in spiritual signs, and spirits for that matter.

L also believe that there spiritual signs. I have received them from both my grandmothers after their deaths. One the night she died. She came to me in my dream to tall me she was leaving and not to worry and to help the men understand she would be fine and was happy. And My other visit regularly to check on me and her grandson. He sits in the corner and talks and plats with her.
As for Evil I believe they exist as well and are better left alone.

I believe in spirits and signs.. I also think that if spirits want to communicate then you should listen.

I just want my house back I live here and well taken what they want me to listen to well they are shit out of luck there dead and and I am alive and well and they will just have to deal with that.
