I absolutely believe that this is a possibility. It could explain many things, the "feeling" of another force, or presence in the room. I think that those who are truly "in tune" with there surroundings can pick up the signals from other "stations". lol

I think i get what you are saying about radio stations,
but have you ever tooken a good look at recording
the TV stations that have nothing but static?
You can filter out the tapes...and you see some real
strange things..usually things in like the 1940's or 50's.
It's like..film is being passed over threw loop holes
in our reality.

I do believe in the existance of parallel universes... If there were none, then how could "religion" exist? This would be an arguable discussion where I am taking it, but it may open some eyes as to the level of discussion, if it goes the way I think it will.

Poor poor ~ProjectShadow~ I am not basing my theory on just any religion, I am basing my theory on "religion" in general.

Since "angels", "demons", "heaven", "hell", "prugatory" etc, all within the confines of all languages translated to these simple words... Reside in an another dimension, commonly known as the "ethereal plane" or other world, then it would be conclusive that without parallel dimensions, then they advanced beings and or these planes of existance would not exist at all.

Planes is he only source to "history" of what you are inquiring, if you are not asking for that- then their is no discussion, "multi-dimensions" could only be theorized for the sake of our limitations of knowledge, We are all in a lower case of vibrations, thus we "are not in the platform" of reaching further than those higher frequencies as described, for most of the cases.

Since the individual is of the 3rd dimension, and the ethereal is the 5th dimension then one would need to reach the required frequency in order to both, communicate and reach said 5th dimension.

If one would assume that man lives in a parallel dimension as being through the looking glass of sorts, then the same individual would be working an entirely differant job within that other parallel universe.

Think of it as a paradox of sorts. If these two men of the same figure were to meet, what would happen? I would base this on the movie "Timecop" with Jeane-Claude Van damme when the antagonist ran into himself and the two touched. Now in the movie itself, this was feared as a be all to the figure himself. It was proven in one scene when the antagonist did touch his double from another time and thus a vortex opened and swallowed them both.

Physicists Fred Allen Wolfe, Machio Kuku (not sure about last name, but I would know it I saw it and founder of string theory) believe it.

Are you refering to the every choice spawns a new dimension thing; or planes within planes. As in 3 dimensions encompassas 2 and 1 and 1 and two cannot understand 3, and 3 cannot understand 4th et al.

-A whiter shade of pale- describes a planet that cannot see an astronaught that is wearing an orange emergancy space suit. There is no natural orange colour on teh planet so the inhabitants cannot see the astronaught. The orange colour vibrates a ta frequency that their eyes are not capable of seeing.

A fan that spins faster than our eye can see, I believe is the analogy they use in teh book. In the same way we cannot see some things that vibrate in ways that we are not attuned to.

I did not understand your religeon context at first because I thought the conversation was about dimesional split due to every probablity occurs in a different dimension... as that is what I usually think of as in alternate dimensions.

I also believe that dimension can be described in terms of conciousness. I believe that human spirit progresses through ever more complex planes of existance. The womb, the earth, "heavan", and so on, ad infinitum (world without end). Each existance is concious in a limited way of the previous and future world, without ever being able to directly interact.

We can partially interact with spiritual planes, but we cannot understand them in any way that would make teh effort significantly worthwhile in the next world.

Religion, I think gives us nominal guidance for preperation for the next existance... it is the placenta or perhaps the host mother, without which we would be insufficiently nourished.

Summary: all dimensions exist within the proceeding dimension. I do not believe in "alternate" dimensions, it would imply that the soul "splits/replicates" at every choice.

There are other dimensions, realms, levels that co-exist with this physical realm. Spirits, elementals, the Fae folk, ghosts, ascended masters, angels, etc. live on different dimensions but can make thier presence know on this one.

As a Medium/Psychic I do pick up on other energies/entities that are around and can communicate with them as well. We just need to open up and acknowledge that we, as humans, are not the only living things in the universe.

I believe that as scientific study advances, we will eventually gain undersatnding of additional "dimensions' or "plains of existance". In truth, I feel that many of the anomolies that can't be fully explained with existing theories will come into focus when these phenomena are understood.

I believe that we do co-exist. It is just that we are so busy in our lives mentally and physcially that we pay less attention.

parallel worlds are quite a real thing in my opinion and since really a human is making at least 1 life changing decision every 10 minutes then every 10 minutes a new world must be made but at the same time tuning in on them would be a bad thing in my opinion. im saying this since if you could tune in with one then you could suddenly tune in with all at once since a chain reaction would start between them all. while this may seem cool at first humans are beings of sever flaws and if you were able to know the outcome of each choice you made at the same time you would know how to prevent it if bad or manipulate it if good. this would be done to an extreme amount and the most likely result would be the person going power hungry in a way that would damage the realms of reality beyond repair.

Paralle worlds and paralle planes, of course they exist.

Very provocative question, I think it's possible to have multiple parallels. Einstein explored the possibility in his research on relativity and There are many physicists working on the idea as well.

I certainly do! Quantum physics indicates that the manipulation of matter can alter "dominated space" by "and vice versa. For example, when the sound barrier is broken, there is a pocket that is created which is often referred to as a vapor cone. This cone is now a pocket of displaced matter. Within the brief moment that pocket expands and collapses, who is to say there cannot be a kind of "rip" that exposes another frequency/dimension?

As far as multidemensions existing, I do believe in them.
Almost everything we know in science and technology today was at one point in time declared "Impossible, fragment of imagination, or insanity" but look at what has been achieved.
As long as someone holds to the theory, it too will be achieved.

I dont see the relevance of the sonic boom being from the jet within the picture as co-existing. This sonic boom is a natural phenomena.

I do believe that there may be other dimentions around us and we may not even know this because maybe we were made in a way that we aren't allowed to see it.

There are other planes existing in our own. I have seen ripples and not sure what I saw through the ripples, but I have seen through to somewhere.

You know I used to think twice about this, but it would just make so much sense. As with the sensations of ghosts, demons, angels, where do you think they go when they disappear. Some of them are seen by us, and it's not just illusions, usually. There are so many things to think about with that. I have recently been working on a book with this kind of a subject, so I think it's kind of cool that it is brought up. I'll give a little insert to see what people think.

I think this is very possible. Just because we can't "tune" into something does not mean it doesn't exist. There could be realms of things beyond us, perhaps even us in the past, present and future living our lives different yet connected together. All day everyday.

I have put much research into the subject and I would concur with most here in the sense that yes there are other planes of existence, and any interested should look into inter-planar travel, it's a very interesting subject, which I will detail to anyone curious enough to message me. Its a relatively simple matter (to someone with the proper amount of practice and correct mind set) to project consciousness into other realities, although physical transgression is somewhat more difficult and brings up many more complications that I have yet to solve in theory, let alone practice, but I am working on that. but enough digression, in short, yes alternate planes of existence can and do coexist within our realm.

Whether or not it can be proven or not does not preclude the existance of parallels. They mightexplain those cases of premonition wherein one actually, for whatever reason, is able to see briefly across the planes into another reality, possibly a future one, that is present at the same time as our own.

well i do believe that there are two things one we can see and other we cant its the spirt plain .
There is evdence of it but people dont want to believe in it because if they do they just might have to or think they have to be in some kind of state of mind.
Not so many have seen it , dreams and awake but i have not i just know in my heart its there.

Do I believe in other dimensions or realms? Indeed I do. If there were non their would be no stories of a Heaven or Hell. No supernatural phenomenon, astral walking, or projection. Being these are based from different plains of existence and reality.
