Too many of them.
I've had dreams with spiritual encounters, I've seen "shadow people" since i was a child through adulthood even had a couple to physically weigh me down, I've had some unexplained happenings of playing with electronics, musical instruments and childrens toys.
It's happened so much that literally nothing scares me and it seems to be an acceptance that whenever it does happen, it's just something trying to let me know it's there or wants to get my attention for whatever reason.
I have had quite a bit.
Tapping on my shoulder, feeling as tho a presence is pressing on me as I wash dishes.
Dreams that come true.
My dog barking at my sofa which noone was on. Crawled looking to see if something was plugged in near the sofa. Then the dog quit barking and sit and just watched the sofa cocking her head as someone was speaking to her.
Watching a chandlier moving back & forth . It is made of solid brass with no breeze coming in.
Just a few of what I have experienced.
As a Child i seen all sort of things
we moved and i seen ghost or such
and i didn't understand it as adult i still see things
but had to learn to tone it down and have a life as well
the Paranormal is a world that scares the child but as you learn more on this and now i understand.
i had things bite, scratch, and not so nice things
so i'm always on Guard
I haven't had any extreme paranormal experiences but i have had paranormal experiences.
Most of the time it is my mom, grandmother or someone checking in on me,my sister or dad or something or someone wandering around.
I don't know that it's paranormal.
I've always seen and heard things that nobody else could.
It was a real problem for me when I was smaller because I was always answering some off the wall question that no one else heard.
When I started seeing things, it really freaked them out.
I only just got put on medication for bi-polar, split personality disorder, and PTSD. The doctor said it would make the things and voices go away.
I'll admit they're quieter but they're not gone.
So I don't think it's all in my head like they say.
I've had my share of experiences. Dreams coming true (especially those of people I'm close to dying and two weeks later it happens). Happened to my grandmother, grandfather, and to my other grandmother. Obviously nothing I could do about it.
I've had a few encounters in a friend's house that's haunted too. He can actually see them, especially when he catches them off guard.
Also my new apartment I'm in is haunted. Mostly things only happen in the master bedroom that my roommate/best friend took as well as the master bedroom's bathroom. The first day we moved in when everyone was gone and I was in my new room straightening things up with some music on with one cat, I thought I heard a woman's cough down the hall. I turned my music down a little thinking my other roommate was in her room resting because she works at night. Texted my roommate that has the master room to see if the other was sleeping. Turned out she was with her actually so I really was alone with only the cat. The next day when my roommate that has the room was alone, the smoke alarm went off in her room and surprised her. She ended up taking it out. Also the two cats won't even go in the room at all. One will cling to you and try to go the other way (and both have claws which hurt like hell) and the other kind of squirms to get away too. Though now they've sort of gotten some guts to go in her room (strangely as long as I go in there and stay) but still one still refuses to go in the bathroom. The other one will go in there sometimes and go up on the counter top and yowl loudly at the mirror. Plus the medicine cabinet will open by itself (and we've tried slamming doors near and on the wall to see if that pops it open but it doesn't). The lights also flip on in the bathroom as well. And when my roommate took a shower once, she got out and noticed that there were several finger streaks going down the mirror that had gotten all fogged up by the steam. We've also gotten an EVP in the bathroom of a woman saying 'don't go'. The light switch out in the living room that we have to leave on at all times to keep the plug socket the TV cable box is plugged into and the light has been flipped down a few times too and we don't even touch it.
Now my friend that can sense the spirits around, we've told him once that we've gotten that EVP of a voice saying 'don't go' but forgot to tell him it was a woman. The other day he went to go flip on the light in my roommate's room to go use her bathroom, since my other roommate was in the main bathroom taking a shower really quick, and the light didn't come on. That was because my roommate had turned off the light manually instead of flipping the light switch on. But what happened next kind of got his attention as he noticed a shadow standing in the bathroom doorway from the hallway light and saw a woman he guessed looked to be in her late 20's/early 30's with shoulder length, dark brown shaggy hair. She was wearing a white sundress type outfit and was just glaring at him like as if to say 'mine' to the bathroom. So he shook his head and told her he was leaving and came back out to the living room where I was sitting on the couch since we were watching a movie and told me what just happened. I told him it was a woman's cough and voice that we got on that EVP that we'd not mentioned. So it kind of proved right there that obviously the spirit is a woman after all.
Gladly, nothing bad has happened otherwise. She just seems to like flipping on the lights and opening the medicine cabinet from time to time. Kept the battery out of the smoke alarm so she doesn't set it off again.
Paranormal Experience:
A little over 70 days ago, we where in an empty building checking it out for a business development.
The building was constructed in the years 1954-56 and has had little structural change ever sense.
It is a three story building with a lot of open space to renovate in any manner needed. Sense this site was to be another recording studio, with a few other things here and there it was a need to do some indepth research and testing.
What ended up happening to keep things short, we hired a few various types of tech's to come in a do the testing we could not do our selves. Contractors and of course Sound Design / Engineer's.
The sound engineer's placed some mic's in various places and the contractors began tapping and testing walls throughout the entire building.
While this was going on, the sound design engineer began taking pictures and ended up doing some video as well.
After several hours of doing this over three days, we began the paperwork to buy the building and begin the development.
On day 11 of this new venture we got a call from the sound engineering company and the sound design company both. They where doing standard lay-overs with the current building setting's using the latest in technology when they made an odd, but cool accidental discovery.
One BOTH the audio and video there where unexplained orb's or flashes accompanied by rushes of a static-like sound. (This was once the two formats where over-layed in a timing sync not before.)
Anyway, the just was that the place had a 'history' of some kind and or could be 'haunted' for a lack of better wording.
A search of the buildings historical record shows nothing of a fatal nature to anyone who either was building the structure or who had occupied it sense we began our interest in it. What we did find however came in the form of two very specific old articals about previous business owners who occupide the place.
Although they where seperated by some 24 years, each had commented on ( and this is adlibbed due to a lack of articals handy to give direct quotes of person, date ) "I / we, spend so much time there (meaning thier respective place of business) that I'll / We'll probably keep punching the clock / showing up for work long after I'm / we're gone".
So, not knowing for sure one way or the other if this counts or doesn't as a 'paranormal experience' it is being shared none the less.
Have a good day / eve / night; which ever may apply.

Neutral Lives
I have had quite a few, being a native american who lived almost on top of a burial ground I have seen a number of things in my lifetime.
Things moving by themselves, apparitions in the woods close to dusk were habitual occurrences where I grew up. I would constantly feel as if someone was watching me and almost daily i would feel their touch. Sometimes it would feel like they were walking right thru me.
My grandfather came to check on us the night he died. Even my mother who doesnt really believe in the paranormal, remembers him sitting on her bed checking up on her.
I have had experiences all my life and they have become kinda commonplace with my sub-conscience so that they dont seem extraordinary, just something that happens on a regular basis with me.
I have had a haunting since my nana Died. She travels with me. She plays jokes and at times can express her anger at others. She is my guardian angel.. my watcher.
Depends on what you count as extreme?
When I was 6 I heard my Great grandmother calling me in My Gran's house, I follwed her voice and found her looking down at me from on top of the stairs...she died when I was 3.
Constantly throughout my life I've experienced de-ja-vu, sometimes to the extent for example that when I'm reading a brand new book I've ended up skipping chapters as I know what's going to happen.
In my parents current home there are cold spots, unexplained shadows, moving/disappearing objects, knocking on the doors in the middle of the night etc
I could go on.......
I've had alot
Being grabbed by my ankles while in bed, dreams coming true, premonitions and things like that.
I havent had any experiances in awhile though , hopefully its going away
My favorite stories all center around the "dungeon crawling" trips I made with a group through castles and ruins in Germany and France. We frequently had very odd occurrences in these locations. Theres nothing like being several hundred feet underground and having all the power in your lanterns and flashlights suddenly drained, and then feeling every exposed inch of skin begin to burn as if sprayed with mild acid.
Or,having small rocks or object come flying at you out of the darkness, and when light is shown into the area, find absolutely nothing.
I have been standing in front of a door that had been closed and locked - opened..and greeted by a loud scream directly in front of you. That can be fun. Nobody there!
