Lots of you have teachers and mentors who are vampires that are elder then you and have experienced a lot of things. But i dont. My dear brother and and teacher was and is a demon. I have known this demon for a long time and so did he... but none of us was knowing about the dark side of the other untill we felt each other seeking for the dark around you...

that was the day when we found out the truth about each other and started to teach each other in various skills.

how can it be that a vampire and a demon are linked to each other? how can it be that that we lived next to each other and did never know about that secret and then one day i felt a call. i dont understand it yet and id be glad if some of you could help me. i am not a demon i am sure of that and he is not a vampire i am sure of that too.

First of all you're still people and there are people who arei n the vampiric life style who have demon spirits as well.

So am not surprised of this.

I had no mentor but the "pull". It's is perhaps the case that this "demon" is a demostration of your connection to what some refer to as Elorath. The demon need only be a spirit..no other implication must be attached. Perhaps then this spirit is a manifestation of your higher consciouness. The modern side of it influenced by Christian myth can be laid aside quite easily. All in all, I think it really depends on how you percieve this demon. Either way though, you should listen to the call that feels right to you. That tug inside your gut if often your best teacher.

Well im not extreamly familier with demons, however, vampires thenselves dont even know what they truly are untill their awakening, once this happens then well a new range of things become avalible, and perhaps it wasnt till you awakening that you were able to sence the energy of you brother and vice versa. But as ive said im not an expert in this however this would be my theory

thx to you... i listened to that call and so i found out that my old friend is a demon... he is more like a borther then a mentor... he tought me the skills he obtained and i tought him mine... we are very similar although we differ in some ways... its like a coin... i am the one side of the coin and he is the other

everything happens for a reason, first that must be understood. living in secrecy make us and demons fel assured that were not going to get our asses kicked by someone else. some vampires try to keep it a secret whilst others are open about it. some people have a feeling if other people are diffrent and some people dont!.

I think that some times fear is our best protection. If we fear that some one will find out something we think might turn them away from us we are able to hide something’s deeper then we understand at first. This might be what happen with you but as for a demon and a vampire getting along that is not uncommon at all

ths for letting me know that getting along with my demon brother is not uncommen... we dont hide it out of fear. we hide it cuz our carees do not permit us to be like this

Demons are amongst many other beings totally misunderstood... Demons are not leaders nor can they become mentors. They themselves must be commanded and given the orders...In essence they are less than us but with abilities of which we can obtain (envoke) or control.

my dear... my brother is not ruled by no one and will never be... i disagree with you.. as i said i am his mentor and he is mine.. we teach each other things and you should never say we are to rule somebody... slavery was defeated and forbidden in our modern world and so shall it be... no one should rule someone else cuz of race or decendence....

(i know there is still slavery over the world, but i cant be compared with the old times and i didnt want to go into that)

I belive that they can link for maybe you both have a demon side as do I, it is entirly possible and I belive that you need to look deep within yourself and find the truth for with out truth there is no hope.

Well spirit guides are to help in many fields of vampirism and cannibalism. My guide is a demon to and my spirit guide. May be your teacher is you two's spirit guide as well.

a mentor comes along always when the student is ready..thus you were ready when he came

Be careful playing with demons. Most of the time they are more interested in something else, rather then ‘teaching’ you their ‘secrets’.

hmm being careful to my brother??? i have spent the last seven, almost eight years with him... there is a strong bound between us... he teaches me in dark arts (no magic.. nothing for me and him) and i teach him how to get along in this world..

I think in the vampire there is a balance that must be maintained
It would be a reason why a demon and vampire spirt would be linked together

my best friend had a demon friend for the longest time. she didn't know he was a demon at first, or at least she swears to me that she didn't. ... but even after we found out it wasn't so big of a deal.

just because you change the name of something from guardian to demon doesn't mean you can take away the years of friendship and experiences that you have with the person.

i'm not sure about linking, but i thought that maybe knowing that others have had simular experiences might help. keep in mind that just because he's a demon doesn't mean he needs to go all kung ho on everyone and everything.
