The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Being a Wiccan with a dependance on blood can be controvercial. Wiccans have a law saying that we cannot harm others under any circumstance. However, there are many vampires who choose to follow Wicca. Should these vampires be allowed to take blood from humans or other animals. I personally only take blood from a select few very close friends who have given their consent for my feeding. What are your thoughts or opinions on Wiccan feeding or any other Wiccan Vampire issue?

How about vegans?
Like if a vegan decides they want to be a vampire...how's that work out?

Technically being a vampire doesn't have to 'harm' anyone. Any human that drinks animal blood is a little fucked in the head already & pry has a couple of diseases already. So we'll count that one out because of the obvious health risks & stupidity involved.
So that leaves us w/humans feeding off other humans - like many parasites they can do this w/o actually harming the human. Plus there are plenty of people out there that will let you feed off of them.

Then again wicca was created much like scientology was & is as crediable.

I am a psychic predator. I love to reach through the ether, stroke the energy emanating off unsuspecting friends, climb inside of them, and feel their spirits mingle with mine. I know what I do is wrong, but I don't want to stop. I am not ready to stop. I love this too much.

I enter into a semi-trance, leave the limitations of the physical plane, and enter their space. I kiss them, somehow, and observe their emotional expressions. Are they tense, stressed, relaxed, drunk or sleepy? I can smell their spirits, and feel their spirits' ages. I also feel awareness -- the spirits' awareness of me. I like the old souls best; my ethereal hand appreciates their auras' density, pattern and color. I then enter their minds.

As best I can, I clean away the stresses and bruises, and soothe the worrying. I encourage the body to breathe and relax. I take my time coming in before lying down inside of them. I most easily get in while they're asleep. Here I build my connections to them, as each soul and I become a part of each other. I imagine our future together, living my wildest dreams. I take their favorite emotions and fuel them, sending us into the extreme realms of sensation. I love them so hard that my love's energy must seep into theirs.

They are my blankets; I am their priestess. I am closer to them now than if I were physically beside them.

Soon I kiss them goodbye and bring back as much of me as I can. I seem to lose pieces of my self, but am not bothered by this loss. I like leaving a part of me with them. Maybe that part lets me more easily find my way back.

I am a witch by birth. While I have practiced the Craft all of my life, I previously practiced without awareness: Using candles, wands, songs and Moon phases I manipulated my reality, while always assuming that everyone did things this way. Now I know that I am a witch, that this knowledge is ancient and sacred, and that I will face consequences if I use my power to harm others.

To harm others ...

I tell myself that they like to have me inside them, sharing my energy with them as I drink of their emotions. They like to have me inspect their energy and cleanse away the muck they've picked up along the way. They like my visits, my presence and my love for them. I pray for their happiness and health, and for their family and loved ones. I shield them from those who wish them harm. I give my ethereal lovers everything beautiful that I have.

I further justify my psychic exploits into another's personal space by being attentive to resistance. If I'm visiting someone and they're focused on something else or repel my presence, I leave. I try to space my visits and not focus on the same person too often. I try not to take too much.

I never visit someone to hurt them or to share negative emotions. I never visit for revenge or to curse. I travel only to share my love, and for no other reason.

But ... because I have not asked permission, what I do is wrong. It does not matter that I'm visiting muggles who don't believe that such visits are possible -- I am still wrong. And because I am wrong and thus doing harm, my magick is punishable by the Threefold Law (and probably other laws that I'm not aware of). Nonetheless, I will not ask their permission, for doing so would yield an inferior experience. I am a surprise, a supernatural phenomenon. The experience is fueled by secrecy and violation, and also by exposure: They cannot hide anything if they don't know I'm coming.

We both need me to visit them. I am called to do this. I'm not ready to stop. I'm too invested, too eager to give. I think that I do more good than harm, and that my sharing is a gift. My prey and I will continue to coexist. Whether I'm right or wrong, I will miss them when I'm done.

I think that if you have a donor and are wicca you are still not harming anyone, because the donor is a willing participant and you are carefully doing this so it is not harming them.

I think the only way to get around the Rede and be a Wiccan Vampire is if you have a donor who volunteers their blood.

Otherwise all other avenues are closed because no matter what you will harm to gain blood. Simple.

My Guess would have to be that technically to harm something it has to invole a type of pain. So yeah consent is really good. but honestly so long as its no causing a form of pain, it would be alright. But its only my opinion.

I personally wouldn't add Wiccan to this. If it is your belief system that is fine. IMHO a vampire does not choose to be one. They are born that way and many more feed on energy than blood. No one knows why this is so and it does follow in folklore than some did. It is sort of a moot controversy. I would suppose this would be an ethical situation and I see no reason that a person could not be Wiccan in belief and be the other. I have friends who are vampirics and follow various forms of Wicca. There are Christian vampirics as well and people with all sorts of belief systems.

If you have a donor then you are not harming that person because it is by consent and real vampirics only drink minimal amounts of blood. Sometimes people laugh when some say they are vegan because I have found that also but I have always suspected many had food allergies so for some it is necessary to limit what they eat or for ethical reasons not eat meat. It isn't like what they write in fiction or in superstition. I see no problem with this combination as long as you feel all right with it yourself. I think it is a personal issue really.

If vampires do not choose to be vampires...then how do you explain this site?
Every one on here has chosen their 'role' themselves. I mean this is a site of people who choose to be vampires. Like people choose to follow wicca - even though it was made up in the 1930s.

Not everyone here claims to be a vampire or even lives the vampire-lifestyle. There are some here just because they enjoy vampire folklore and the Gothic culture.

And I believe the majority of those who do identify as vampires do not do so simply because they decided one day to be a vampire, the same way gay people don't decide they want to be gay, rather instead it is something that comes naturally to them.

In my opinion, worrying about invisible spiritual laws, is the problem that which is putting a boundary on your spiritual growth. There is absolutely nothing for you to be concerned about whenever it comes to your needs and how you want to believe or how you want to do things.
You have leaders of paths, and followers of paths. Nobody should make that determination for you. It's nobody's right to govern that.

If you are worried about harming them, there are ways to avoid that such as lancets. Pretty simple stuff and if they are consenting to it, apparently they can handle it.

I am a vampyre witch who doesn't have a donor but agrees that having someones permission before you take blood or energy is a very good idea because if you take it without permission then you are breaking the wiccan rede but my vampyric actions can be that i have taken without permisson usally by smelling blood and my sense of smell usally takes me to the person who blood smells very sweet and then i kinda seduce them into submission but have not done so in a long while but sometimes i lose my control of what is right but i also try not to feed on more people than i need but other than that i usally eat a medium rare steak that usally passifies me for awhile but there are times it is hard to resist the blood of humans but i also try to be careful because of dieases but usally i can tell when i need the blood but i realize that i need a donor so my vampyric cravings dont get out of control but there are times i do get out of control but i dont always. as for the steak i usally have that during the summer but during the winter i need to feed a little more in order to keep myself from harming another perhaps i need a donor but i dont know if or when i will get one but we all need to realize what we need when we need it and thats all there is to it

I can understand that vampires could follow the wiccan way, but yet ye are not following the wiccan laws. it is that ye shall not harm none. To me that should be for everyone that in within wicca. I guess that there can be vampires that do not harm their victims, i just don't see how it can be. This is my opinion, just by how i see the wiccan way.

just to feed on someone isnt harming them...unless your doing so by force.

on an aside, i thought wicca was created in the 1950s.

I'm pretty sure a vampire can "harm none". Dont vampires usually consent before feeding nowa days anyway? So ur not violateing anyones free will which is another wiccan thing and also if u r hurting someone terriable while u r feeding from them then u r doin it wrong! lol if u r hurting someone terriably while feeding from them u r deffinately doing it wrong take some phobotony (spelling that wrong proably) classes and learn how to draw blood.

ive had a similar conversation with some of my wiccan friends. you can take the "harm" thing out to ridiculous extremes (as you can with anything) but it all comes down to how you define harm.

some would argue that if i buy someone a big mac im harming them.
to those who think that, i respectfully counter by saying "horseshit".

harm is when you inflict something on someone against their will that injures them.

the operative word there is "will". if you are to hold someone down and feed on them, then no, i dont there is a right hand path wiccan true way to do it.

but then youll prolly be arrested for assault pretty quickly anyway and not have to worry about such things any more.

if you are psy feeding on someone against their will, i think then you would have to decide if it is harming them.

Well in my opinion psychic vampirism, you do not need donor. and this is not the energy sucker vampirism as it is just to vampire rise and exchange energies. it can easily be done to easy targets and its one side and only consciousness student can feel that such consciousness arived to them but to which form they do not know and will feel different energies and feelings. But can not identify the source.

If some one casting such spell, I am freely available swan who can do this, this will enhence my studies about consciousness.

When I did caste space energy into my body was like this:

I sat on chair (or ground in lotus folded legs), let me become lighter most.
let my limbs trunk and head loosen to extreme relaxation.
let the wall of energies flow through me to remove stiff and strain spots unplucking them as if they are nails by hovering from toe to head hair and went to up (three times).

Now let me remove thoughts from my mind if all at teh time not possible, then one by one i remove the waves of the thoughts and they should no rise in my mind.

my trunk neck and head is aligned in one line to energy boost to chakras to open up.

now eye close eyes gentle li.

and concentrate front side just like any telescope in the line of nose but in very lighter form and I will not wear heavyness.

remove my thoughts.

eyes concentrated in one line and will not disturbed by any visualisation and inner will not be disturbed by rise of thought for my inner will not overcome thoughts on my aims.

calm and lighter.

let breathe unpause and no force on breathe in held and out ( for five minutes)

take a swirl and have dip in the line of gravity to downward and sudden rise to up in the sky and I trans myself into space.


My senses are grown dynamically. I feel the mass of energy any where.

I intake this!

as I start intake, the mass of energy penetrate inside me like water released by just broken dam.

Aah I feel energy floading inside me and making me giant I can not hold this much of intake of energy and I am becoming giant converting into just lycan beast... I can not control the inflow now! this is very heavy on me. this is locking me... I am blue beast of energies now...

how to come to normal state i am locked into space...

my all senses and consciousness fight to calm my subconsciusness to bring me to normal state... I am unable to do it...

help me....

this pleasant lock of subconsciousness keep me a beast in the space!...

buut i do feel this energy and bliss impact for further 3 or more days... I am satisfied with this energy.

but after intake this impact on your inner for few days.

I think of few of you are on the right track, though the Rede is there as a guide, not a rulebook.

Most Wiccan I know do take blood for ritualistic purposes. This is what nature is all about. One must always as permission, if that permission is granted by either the spirits or by a "donor" then it is not about "harming" others. Because the permission was granted.

Being a Wiccan is a practice, being vampire is who you are. Nothing can change the fact that you are vampire. You have the need to feed, whether it is from a psychic standpoint as in subconsciously feeding from another person when you are depressed or angery. You know, empathy at its finest.

Though Wiccan are usually peaceful, it wouldnt nessessarily be taken as a contradiction by either asking someone for a dose (blood) or using blood for a ritual if measures are taken as stated above.

Theres Different Ways Of Vampyrism so it doesnt have to do anything with taking blood (harming) someone , but there are different ways of harming someone as well , physically mentally and emotionally ... lol its a catch 22

I was born into the life of wiccan beliefs and have fallowed it my whole life. it wasn't until about nine years ago i started studing vampirism and their ways. then i found that my mothers friend had a clan he was familiar with and allowed me to come and join one of their rituals at the rising of a harvest moon. that experiance of drinking from thier chalace and learning all that i could absorb made me yern to learn more as i felt more connected with the vampire side then my wiccan side. It is true that our words speak ; tho shall not harm others cause of the laws of three times three. but i believe that if they are concentuall to the ideal it is alright. i even go as far as asking the gods and godesses before i consume and thank them afterwards. then in a small bowl give some thanks to the oldest of the vampire gods.

i agree asking someones permission first is the right thing to do as long as it is consentual then it is ok other than that taking without permission can have a negitive effect but as a vampyre i have learned both ways can be a good thing wether you drink blood or energy though it can get out of control my veiw would be to have multiple donors so that when it is needed you can have it but using one donor can cause problems if ur not careful and having multiple is much better than one although that is my veiw
