Awakenings begin around puberty. Or just after. Usually people will begin to go through the events in a group, of persons who have formed like a coven.
First normally comes a sense of alienation from the rest, much like what happens in puberty and adolecense.
then an undenyable urge towards magicks, like lusting after it in all forms.
With that lusting, and some study one finds they are drawn to somethings more then others, and learn energy practices, Some then branch off and stay within the wicca and witchcraft aspects never developing further because they get afraid or whatever else. When the seeker who has acknowldeged their inner nature and seeks to press on,
the dreams start. The nightmares and the sense that dreams are more real then the waking world. When you learn from your dreams, of lives youve lived and things you have gone through, all the while still studing occultism,
the visions start, the feelings of atunement to nature and things that are coming.
You then can drain others, and feed, most stop here. If you continue to finish the full awakening then you develop abilities individually that allow you to process your energy better. Your senses are at your disposal and it seems like there is nothing you cannot do.
When you have achieved this "quasi-godhood" you are only partly there. Everyone who walks the deepest recesses of their hell to seek out their true nature, will come to understand the planes. Being able to put their consiousness at will in any plane while being able to function and exist on this one.
After that you then have interactions with other entities, demons, and gods, and spirits, getting to know them on a first hand basis, being between the worlds and drifting.
When you can solidify your consiousness to one plane only, and deal on any plane at will in what ever form your persusts require then you are almost finished.
It then comes that you will be thrust into the world on any level, getting your lessons to be learned and experienced. You must use all of your senses, all of your abilities, and gifts to walk your path. Your patron, the driving force of what you are will make itself known on an individual level. You are because your your patrons hand at this point.
When you have firmly cemented your astral body between the worlds, allowing accuracy in consciousness, living as you see fit, taking in your abilities and applying them on unknown levels, to unspoken depths in your life, then you have finished. Then you are a vampire.
