The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

As the night draws near

I hear bellows of screams

And sounds of tears

Outside in the pouring rain.



Frightened girl down on her knees

Hair a mess a face so pale

I can hear her begging, "Please"

"I swear I won't fail."



A dark shadowed figure in the night

Standing before her looking down

I could see teeth so big and bright

As he stood there not making a sound.



"Take me", she cries

Throwing back her head

Tears feeling her eyes

The look of dread.



"Are you sure this is what you want?"

Comes from the shadowed man

A small laugh of taunt

As he grabs her by the hand.



She pleads, "yes", to him once more

As they stand face to face.

"Human you will be no more.

Over will be the days of grace."



I hear her say, "I don't care.

Just promise you'll never leave."

Her neck now bare

He says, "Close your eyes and breathe."



Before I could turn around

So I couldn't see

The girl was on the ground

And that girl--was me.

For every ray of sun I take

For everybeat I have

You have none.

For every meal I have

You have none.



So to make you and I even

To make us one

I give you myself

My breath, my rays of sun,

My heartbeat, and me---

Your meal.

As time passes by

I find myself asking why

Do I hold on

Even after it's been so long



Letting go isn't inside me

Although I know it should be

Can't let you go

And you know this to be so



The only way I'll be gone

Is if you tell me to leave you alone

All I want is for you to be happy

Just wish that could be with me



So for now I'll hang in there

Remembering all the times we've shared

Until the day you say go away

I love you I will continue to say.

Looking off in to the midnight moon

Wondering why things seem so gloom

Having loved in the past

Thinking it was strong enough to last.

Watching the stars twinkle in the night

Knowing that what I feel isn't right

Having loved in the past

Why did it fade so fast?

Watching the moon fall and the sun rise

Listening to my heart as it cries

Having loved in the past

Thrown out to sea like a bad cast.

Darkness Is All About

Darkness is all about

We just choose to not see it

Standing alone in the rain

Wishing that we had a hand to hold

Wanting something that can never be



Darkness is all about

The clouds that follow

The sun that never shines

People always looking and laughing

Knowing that you are hated so



Darkness is all about

Family who turn thier backs on you

And those who don't only abuse you

Always giving only to be made a fool

Trust ripped away by cheaters and liars



Darkness is all about

So for those of you who don't believe

Just turn around the corner and look

Don't close your eyes to the darkness

Trust me it doesn't close its' eyes to you.
