Seems like life has been crazy busy for me lately and I'm not spending nearly as much time here as I need to for my own sanity! Yep VR lets me relax and enjoy people.
School just started here and instead of things getting quieter it's been nuts. Seems my nephew really likes cussing at his new teacher so trips to the school for a butt whipping have happened. After talking with his helper the same one from last year we all think his meds seems to be off so we've called his doctor to discuss it with her.
Then my neice in her first year of high school has become the target of a bully girl and her gang. The girl shares a couple of classes with Mandy and had the locker above hers and last week in the lunch line she asked Mandy to hand her some Ranch dressing and Mandy looked then told her there was none and the girl accused Mandy of lying and tried to intimidate her there but Mandy just told her she wasn't lying to look for her own self and went on her way. A couple of days later Mandy was standing by waiting for the girl to finish in her upper locker so she could get in her own lower one when the girl turned to her and said "don't ask me to move" Mandy said I'm not and continued waiting until the girl finished and moved off before she got into her own locker. In the meantime the girl got her friends with her and brought them over to stand behind Mandy at her locker then told her buds that Mandy had told her to move, they then began cursing her and saying very nasty things before one of them grabbed her hair and jerked it. Mandy then turned around and said again I didn't tell you to move so leave me alone. But she was upset when she got home not sure what to do about it she's always been a quiet kid at school and avoids troublemakers.
She told us about it and my sister got angry and told her not to start anything but not to take any crap either, if she had to fight or defend herself she wouldn't be in trouble at home for it. Then she called the principal and requested her locker be moved which it was, and told him she wanted it on record of the two incidents in case of future problems as Mandy would defend herself physically if they couldn't stop the bullying. He said it would be noted and took the names involved and recognized the aggressor as a known troublemaker who'd had problems before and actually seemed to be transferred from another school in our county to avoid problems. He also said Mandy was a target because she's a band geek as they and the science and computer geeks are all big targets.
This bully might want to notice that Mandy is taking harder classes than her so her science book is massive and will make a heck of a dent in her face if she smacks her with it plus she almost always is carrying a thick plastic flute case that could do some damage too though I'm not sure Mandy would risk causing damage to her flute for any reason. lol
I'm not really sure as adults what we can do further about it other than make sure the school is aware of it and that Mandy has our full support to physically defend herself against them. If it does come to that I hope she breaks the fools nose! Okay that wasn't nice at all. lol
Some people are like a slinky.... they're really good for nothing but it still brings a smile to your face when you shove them down stairs.
Do you know why you can't solve a redneck murder?
The DNA is all the same and there's no dental records.
I know they're horrible jokes but they made me grin and I'm dreading today so poot on everything if you can't laugh at it.

LOL! made me laugh especially the red-neck one :D
Have a nice day.
I laughed the most when I hit, "poot on everything!"
I am almost ashamed to say it took me a bit to get through "poot." I sat back and had to scroll through alternatives until I got it.
Hehehe. ♥
POOT!
I loved them.

Tell Mandy she is doing great, to not let them provoke her, but not to back down. Good for her!!!

It is all the cussing you do in front of him.. lol ;) Not sure any med can keep him from repeating what he hears, like any child.

hope that all is this has been straightened out. Not sure if Kentucky has started it yet but here in SC & FL, if you draw blood on a person then the school takes it in their own hands and files a criminal charge on the student. I wish that I could send out the video's that Connections does for bullying as it does help out when trying to figure out how to handle the bully situations.
