Is not the smartest time for cats to decide to fight... not even if they are domesticated cats that have no front claws.
I have no idea what is up with my cats today, or last night, but they are going at it. I think someones feelings are hurt that he didn't get to eat at the food bowl first or something. I don't know. Or maybe it was the fact that one would not make room for the other on top of the clean folded laundry in the basket. I think that scenario is most likely.
Weirdos...

I got asked that question a lot and at first I responded with "It was as good as it was going to get." Then I changed my mind after the 10th person and started saying "It was OK."
So after the 28th person asked me how my Vday was I finally just told them what I did all day that day.
I woke up as early as I could to see if KO was on msn, to see if he was able to get an Internet connection, and spend as much time with him as I possibly could.
From there I cleaned house, pretty much because I was afraid to leave the house for fear of missing the flower Delivery KO had arranged. They where supposed to be there between 10am and noon... They showed around 5:15pm, he was very unhappy about that.
The flowers where nice and I am contemplating replacing them with fake ones... I am not sure I want too though, I will decide later.
KO had left me a note telling me what I was supposed to do that day and things I was supposed to get for that day. I did everything he put down for me to do. I picked up the valentines for the children and gave those to them before I drove them to their fathers for the weekend. I picked up the bottle of Balatorie for me to drink with my dinner and the steak to eat along with it.
So I talked to him until he went to bed, his evening my morning, and then I talked to him again in the evening for about an hour until he had to report to work.
I think I will start adjusting more easily now that he has Internet, even if its a questionable connection, and I can have somewhat regular contact with him. I know it will help the time pass quicker if I focus on the times we get to talk. The 12.5 hour time difference between us isn't so bad now that I am used to it.
So how was my Valentines day? It was interesting. I accomplished some things and I talked with KO as much as I could. Other then that I spent it alone with the kittens and turtle here in the house. I watched a few TV shows that I like, because they are on "On-Demand" and I can watch them pretty much any time instead of when they are actually playing, and I slept some after cleaning.
It was peaceful in a way I guess.

well its good to know thats its just not my cats that have been acting weird the last day or so. Do your scratch around the food bowls to to mark their terrority ? heheh

HA.. yes.. they scratch around..
The big orange one I have has a favorit past time as well.. Taking a mouth full of food and packing off to the closest high traffic area, droping said food and eating it once piece of a time.
