I'm watching an Italian movie based on the Caribbean while I'm dressed like an Eskimo with a heater besides me.

Was my birthday on the 12th, but won't tell you how old I am :P

It was a good b'day weekend. I enjoyed it. Dined out twice, went to the cinema and in a bar. I deserved it. After all, I spent my xmas holidays sick at home. I have enjoyed the break though, and now I'm fighting to get back to the normal life.

Some nostalgia and melancholia through the days. My thoughts are full of memories, present worries and future wonder. Some positivity here and there but nothing much.

As for my health, I'm still coughing, but it is finally decreasing.

New years and birthdays make people look forward to something, and as usual there are resolutions.

But you know what?

You don't need resolutions to change things. If you want something to change, just do something already.

As for the panic and festive season. I don't see the reason. All days are equal. Festivities don't exist. They are society's invention. Time passes and we invented numbers. If the calendar was different I could be 10 years old, 50, 200...yet I am not.

I passed the holidays sick at home. Was a shitty one this year. But who cares, it's just another day.
