My weekends have been pretty mellow... But tomorrow morning(meeting up at 7:45), a group of friends and I are in the 16th Annual Sand Sculpture Contest at the Indiana Dunes!!! The theme this year is "Once Upon a Time." We have decided to do a big story book, the Gingerbread Man and a witches hat, with a trail of stars falling through it all! Should be interesting to say the least! Then some good friends of mine are having their summer party starting at 2:00. Sunday, one of my fave brew pubs is having their 9th annual shin dig, in which this will be my first....So, wow! Monday will be totally shot I am thinking!

Food Porn!!! Here are some of the peppers I picked this week! The long dark green ones, chilaca chili pepper are so far my fave! Made an awesome pasta salad with those and the gypsy peppers!
