I feel what should be done at any Executive level position is.....
1. Clearly explain the problems and what is causing them.
2. State what can be done (NOW) at your level to resolve the problems and what will take more time and why and provide updates on the progress.
3. State which problems you do not have the authority to correct on your own at your level and WHO does have the authority and your plan to attempt to persuade them to assist in resolving the problem.
The issue in this country is one group's problems aren't always another group's problems.
In fact, one group's problems could actually be contributing to another group's enhanced quality of life unfairly.
So to improve one group's quality of life would, many believe, would harm another group's quality of life.

Much like a village, our society votes for those that create, enforce, and judge our laws.
However, from state to state, minimum age requirements vary.
Maybe one's urban city politicians decided 18 years of life is too young to have its closely congested citizens with a wide range of personalities and mental health issues be able to legally own a weapon, however, in a rural environment where wild animals roam freely and the distance between a citizen and first responders is much greater so prompting an earlier requirement to be able to legally own a weapon at 18 years of age doesn't seem that odd. In fact, it may be a necessity.
The Federal Government establishes laws for all 50 states. Break that law and risk a Federal Prosecution.
The Individual States establish their own individual laws for their own citizens to adhere to in addition to those established at the Federal Level.
However, apparently, Individual States can opt to NOT Enforce Federal Laws the Individual States feel are a drain on their resources and hold little to no value in the grand scheme of what society should consider "Offensive" in the nature of the act.
Whether in a state where mass shootings have occurred or simply being informed of it, the country, in general, feels it's a "Negative Act".
Therefore, SOMETHING.....ANYTHING....in the form of ACTION(S) must be done.
In My State:

- To legally join the local police academy one must be at least 21 years old.
- To legally drink alcoholic beverages, one must be at least 21 years old.
- To legally buy cannabis products one must be at least 21 years old.
- To legally buy a gun one must be at least 21 years old.
So the proposals put forth by the House, at my age, with the legally purchased weapons I own, would have zero effect on me.
I don't even own a "Bump Stock"....Why would any citizen "NEED" one? We can't always have what we "WANT".
My prediction is that 'Common Ground' will be found and that both houses will pass some form of 'Common Sense Bill' to the President to sign into law to improve Gun Control across the country.

I spend HOURS on YouTube searching for Copyright Music to play in my YouTube videos and Copyright Free/Royalty Free Music to play in my WeetTube videos.
I enjoy coming across a song or music that I instantly VIBE with as it makes my body move and my mind play movies.
You know, I'm sitting here High-ly Medicated wondering when will Females in this country find a way to UNITE and DEMAND that Laws that are Male driven in which dictate what Females can and can not do to their own bodies when it relates to having had Males participate in The Act prompting a decision that has to be made, be tied to a Trigger Law that must require Legal Action be taken by the Males?
Example:
A Male impregnates a Female and the Female wants an Abortion for any reason.
If the law prevents her from doing so, then the Male who impregnated her should be required by Law to provide 100% of that child's support for between 9-18 years.

Ahhh this topic....Every woman should have rights to do with her body whatever wants, abortion should be legal until 6 weeks of pregnancy! I don't need stupid government to decide should I have baby or not. So my mother and niece flew in from Florida to attend a Boy George concert in San Diego.
She had a blast!
She is a huge Boy George fan.
She's 73 years old and I was told she was dancing and just living her best life.
She even agreed to record a YouTube video with me eating edibles since although she is now part of the Cannabis Community, she doesn't medicate via smoking, but I do. It was fun!
I enjoyed their visit and they made it safely back home as of today.
