5. A Tennessee resident and a band member by the name of Justin Coffman was charged under a Federal Statute that allows for an arrest of a gun owner who possesses marijuana as illegal gun possession.
The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of TN, Michael Dunavant, a Mango appointee, said the arrest was due to investigative work. More like dumb luck. On Friday the government made the pitch that the defendant was a danger to the community because of photos posted on facebook that were professionally shot, showing him holding a fake Molotov cocktail. The magistrate made the ruling of a $10,000 non surety bond WITHOUT hearing from a single character witness for Coffman. The magistrate said we don't lock people up for exercising their First Amendment rights in this Country.. Dunavant should fucking resign. What a fucking hack
6. Back to Covid: It is exploding in Mango Country. You know these pieces of shit, who do not have enough social responsibility to wear a mask. Oh, we have a constitution, we have rights. 6.Seems Florida has a Constitutional Amendment on the ballot to raise the minimum wage to $15.00 a hour by 2026. If 60% approve it then it goes into effect. It will portend a rise in the Federal minimum wage which Biden has promised to do assuming Congress passes the bill to raise it then he will sign it.
