Exactly. If you believe in God, then fine. God is up on a fluffy white cloud playing with a yo-yo. When your friend is hurting, the response "I will pray to God for you." is a bullshit response.



If someone is hurting, GO to them. Yourself. The concept of God is fantastic but... God can't hold a hand. God can't hug. God can't look into the person's eyes and listen.



God as a concept is for when people are ready to help themselves. Sometimes you need a little help from your friends first.

You #1 met with me, said he would get to work on it and has been silent for 4 days since. And doesn't return calls.


You #2 we've played a bit of phone tag, but he has been "it" three times now.

...but not a day of rest. Just what I wanted on a day I planned on catching up on things that have gone neglected... I have to pull network cables at a customer site, then I have to go shop for and install a water heater... these things have lovely timing.

...I finally got an email from the below mentioned CS Supervisor at 11:35PM...


I was able to get the information my customer needed.


Now, to convince him to move away from this crappy service. Heh.

...so after two non-returned calls to the invisible account executive, I called back and after a 19 minute hold a customer service supervisor promised me all would be fixed - and the account executive's manager has been notified and will be calling me.


She also said she fixed the problem with the password and would send an email to my client with his new information...


...hours later, still no email... and no call from said manager.


Customer service at its finest. Their motto must be, "We're not happy until you're not happy."

...and when I call her number I get immediately sent to an uninitialized voicemail... can't tell who it belongs to or even if she'll get the message...


...and yeah... hope those numbers port from your service faster than you respond to requests...

1. your "forgot password" link doesn't send us an email.


2. your customer service manually reset the password and it still isn't working.


3. we have to go around and around on this for 30-60 minutes every time we call.


4. The customer just wants a copy of his bill, which he hasn't received in email in over a year. How difficult is this?


1+2+3+4 = Whatever system you're using, it doesn't work.


Now shut up and give me a manager who can fix all of this.
