Welcome to my portfolio. First thing I did was create this playlist. When it comes to setting my mood music really helps me. For this portfolio I've been trying to capture my Neodruidic and knightly nature while OccultRanger profile and portfolio is more attuned to my Vampire one.

Now what really defines a portfolio? To me it is like the case for carrying art and pictures as you can upload 500 pictures here apart from the ten on your profile. I figure I'll add to this over time and eventually will fill it out; But here in this description section I want as a showcase for what I want featured and updated periodically. I use to draw gothic art when I was younger and also mechanical drafting. Since working on coven graphics was inspired to get back into it. But until I have something that passes my scrutiny I'll just buy art I favor and share it here.

Like in the lyrics to Kashmir by Led Zeppelin I find myself a traveler of both time and space. But I seem to frequent the void. There was a time in my past that I often had Out of Body Experiences but since bonding with a nature spirit and internalizing my own composite symbol (The Vortex) these became fewer in number over the years and haven't done so in a long time. Basically I just brought everything to my own microcosm. Now I seem to have experiences where my mind shifts into what I call titan sense where instead of OBE's my mind shrinks to the void between all the atoms in my body-lots of empty space there. It seems to also make me feel much larger than my environment as well. I have been on a quest for absolute truth or as close to understanding it that I can with this finite brain I possess.

I am self-initiated into the mysteries as an ecclectic occultist. However I do feel the weight of responsibility being in this state of mind. This piece is titled: "The weight of honor" and it seems fitting in this context. I am honor bound much like a knight to serve. Dispensing justice and truth while practicing humility. I don't anthropomorphize or believe in Gods and Goddesses other than as forms a magician can use to tap energy trapped in different physical brains throughout the cosmos and eternity. One can use them in relation to the pack mentality we humans have in relation to others that have authority over us in society like paternal figures or judges that determine one's fate. From my point of view though this can be misleading when it comes to absolute truth.

One of my favorite jobs that I held in this life was working as a librarian. It just seemed to fit me so well. It was the organizing of each one in a proper place. I still feel that need here in how I do things on this site. Everything has a place that it belongs to keep it nice and organized. It's a refining process to me as I learn new things too. I chose to live a spartan lifestyle able to pick up and move without sacrificing much at anytime. Thus, I have little in my personal collection.

However, I have taken to building a collection in cloud in storage as well as journaling on this site. I think journaling is one of the most powerful tools one can utilize as an occultist. To know thyself is one of the founding principles of occult doctrine and separates or defines oneself without which one merely drifts through a haze of uncertainty. I certainly have a divine creative nature but it is limited where others who are naive or ignorant can claim any nonsense without limits.
